M&L for lowering column pipe flanged 100/80mm bore with 2Nos new submersible cable and repaired pump set in the existing bore hole of tube wells including taking out column pipe, flanged 100mm/80mm bore with submersible cable and pump set of any capacity from bore hole of tube wells located in different locations in techical and domestic area of AF Station for carrying out repairs complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (i) The depth of bore well shall be 60 to 95m and the work shall be carried out in 25Nos. bore wells (appx) (ii) Repair/replacement of spares/parts of pumps, submersible cable and column pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective items hereinafter

M&L for repairs to submersible motor and pump set of any make and type, dismantling, taking out burnt winding from 6”/8” dia submersible motor and rewinding with suitable size PVC coated copper winding wire as per existing weight and pattern, including all insulation material, repair/replacement of unserviceable parts required for making the pump set serviceable like sealing kit, O-ring, gasket, water drain plug, sand guard, cable packing ring, cable gland ring, upper/lower bearing, adapter piece, motor key, upper/lower flange, neck ring, bowl stud, suction case, Hex bolt, Circlip, washer, motor/pump coupling, bowl stud, motor bush and pump bush, etc. and re-assembling pump set, testing for operation and commissioning of motor pump complete all as specified and as directed of the following capacities: Note: Cost of labour / transporting / cartage of pumps to workshop shall be borne by the Contractor. The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect

M&L for opening the body of monoblock pump, taking out impeller, bush, bearing shaft, stuffing box, reassembling the same after replacing the defective parts & carrying out the necessary repair, cleaning the slot, rewinding the stator with super enameled copper winding wire, remetalling, turning, polishing the pump shaft, replacement of steel studs and unserviceable nuts & bolt, repair / replacement of ball bearing, impellor, stuffing box, greasing, varnishing, etc. and testing on completion and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities of pump sets:
