Contract Details

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole or cable trenches etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI water tubing and connections of pipe and fittings including material and labour for GI water tubing,medium grade,galvanized laid in trenches all required fittings of the following bore of sizes complete.

(a) GI pipe of 80 mm bore

(b) GI pipe of 50 mm bore

(c) GI pipe of 25 mm bore

(d) GI pipe of 20 mm bore

Taking out existing unserviceable/broken/damaged CI sluice valve from its existing position and Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of sluice valve of cast iron body, class-I, both ends flanged & drilled conforming to IS-14846 (2000), PN – 1.60 with stainless steel spindle including all accessories such as nut-bolts, washers & fibre / rubber gasket as required at site with and including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.Make : L&T / Kirloskar/ Zoloto.

M&L for taking out existing unserviceable/damaged CI Non return valve from its existing position and supply and fixing Non return valve cast iron flanged and conforming to latest IS ,with gasket, bolts and nuts full threaded including joints complete for following sizes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : L&T / Kirloskar/ Zoloto.

a) 80 mm bore

b) 50 mm bore

M&L Lifting of existing centrifugal Pump 9 stage, water lubricating type of capacity 15/20 HP from the pump house including disconnecting of motor, suction and discharge pipes and all accessories for repairing / overhauling of 20 HP Pump, dismantling of the motor, replacement of worn out spares, overhauling, servicing including necessary machining work viz turning, polishing and re-assembling of pump and motor on completion of repair work and re-fixing the repaired pump with pipes and all accessories including providing necessary electric connection and testing on completion all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as ‘Supply only.

M&L Rewinding of electrical motor of 15/20 HP capacity (Make :- Kirloskar) with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and turn as per existing including insulating materials, heat varnishing and replacement of worn out spares and re fixing in position with pump sets and testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge . Note: All spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as ‘Supply only

S&F in repair ball bearing suitable for Driving end for 20/15 HP motor

S&F in repair ball bearing suitable for Non Driving end for 20 HP motor

M&L for repairs to couplings (flanged or spider) to make the pump motor sets trouble free smooth running including replacement of nuts and bolts and rubber pieces etc complete all as directed

M & L for lifting of existing submersible Pump motor set along with column pipes of capacity 15/20 HP from the existing bore well / pump house including disconnecting of all electrical connections and all accessories for repairing / overhauling, dismantling of the motor, replacement of worn out spares, overhauling, servicing including necessary machining work viz. turning, polishing and re-assembling of pump and motor on completion of repair work and re-fixing the repaired pump with motor and all accessories including providing necessary electric connections and testing on completion of repair work complete all as specified and directed. M&L Machining work required for repair to submirsible pump set by straightning polishing of pump shaft, Making screw and key way, including replacement of wornout parts re-assembling pump after repair for smooth functioning of pump. Note:- Fixing payment shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates.

M & L Joint with rubber or fibre board gasket for 50/65/ 80mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified and directed .

M & L flange joint with gasket , nut, bolt and washers arrangements suitable for 80mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Routine and periodical cleaning around the area of pump house no. 2, 3,4 Tech area LKT site, MES complex surrounding area pump hose, adm site etc by cutting and removal/uprouting of unwanted grass/bushes, small trees including surface dressing and leveling by surface excavation wherever required complete in all respect or as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in for filling road cutting pathway cutting etc above ground level finished to required shape including necessary form work complete all as specified

WCB, Pressure rating 600#, gasket , nut bolts will be provided in respecive items , including joints complete for following sizes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Make: FIDCON/Caireuromatic automation pvt ltd/Kriloskar/L&T)

S&F in repair Air Release Valve 80 MM DIA ASTM A 216 Gr. WCB, Pressure rating 600# and fixing up in water supply mains complete all as specified and directed

M&L Cleaning of RCC water reservoir (sump) and PVC tank of any capacity, drain out water partly, removing all scale and dirt etc from sump/tank, cleaning by using wire / coir brush with bleaching powder and water etc complete all as directed, re-writing the letter not exceeding 25 cm on high as ‘Tank Cleaned on indicating date, month and year of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint white in colour on black base complete for the following locations all as directed by the Engr in charge.

(a) Under ground sump in 2 half’s Near pump house No 1 at Nainital

(b) Water storage sump of 50,000 Ltrs capacity above ground level at Pump house No 2 at Pines

(c) Water storage sump of 5,000 Ltrs capacity above ground level at Pump house No 2 at Pines

(d) Water storage PVC tank of 60,000 Ltrs capacity above ground level at Pump house No 3 at pines to LKT road

(e) Water storage PVC tank of 25000 Ltrs capacity above ground level at Pump house No 4 at Pines to LKT road

(f) Water storage PVC tank of 25000 Ltrs capacity above ground level at LKT

(g) Water storage PVC tank of 75000 Ltrs capacity above ground level at LKT

(h) Static water storage tank open type of capacity 50000 ltrs at LKT
