Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall/ ceiling etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished fair and even complete all specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smoothwithout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of wall surfaces and applying one coat of white cement base wall care putty 2 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc and applying one coat of white wash over a coat of white putty in patches as required including cleaning of windows, doors, internal fittings & any other surfaces by removing splashes / spots after finishing the job and leaving premises, clean and tidy, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, ceiling, chajja by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots including cornices etc, washing rubbing down and stopping of previously untreated/painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint, white or tinted all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall surfaces and repair, stopping nails marks by applying white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint (white or tinted) as per approved shade/coloured on walls complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for re-writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc. 30 cm high with thick paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
