The bidder shall quote the Operation and Maintenance rate on a per Cubic Meter per-day basis for the influent treated at the CETP. The quoted rate shall include complete 24×7 operation and maintenance of the CETP by deploying the required qualified manpower, supply of all chemicals and consumables, repairs and maintenance of all civil, electrical, and mechanical equipment, electricity charges, testing of treated effluent through an NABL-accredited laboratory with submission of monthly reports to PETS, and all other labour, materials, tools, taxes, duties, and incidental expenses necessary to ensure compliance of the treated effluent with the discharge standards prescribed by the Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB), as directed by PETS.

NOTE: For selection of L1, the cumulative Weighted Total O&M Cost (per day) across all three shall be considered, based on the following weightage: Up to 2 MLD — 60%, Above 2 up to 3 MLD — 30%, Above 3 MLD — 10%. Weighted Amount for each slab = Rate Quoted (Cu.m per day) × Weightage. The bidder with the lowest Weighted Total O&M Cost per day shall be declared L1.

Certified that the above rates are inclusive of all cost components specified in the Scope of Work above, and are quoted exclusive of GST, which shall be paid extra as applicable.
