WBM Grading-3 Providing, laying , speading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thockness, hand packing, roling with smooth wheel roller 80-100KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stonescreening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading - 3 as per technical specification clause 405 including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Analysis of rate FOR 1500 mm Rainfall Mix Seal Surfacing 25 mm thicktype-A grade Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded Mix Seal Surfacing surfacing material of 25 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Type-A) @ 0.338 kg/per ten square meter aggregates using penetration grade bitumen @ie binders content @27.50kg/10 sqm or 5.11% by weight and minimum density of MSS should be 2.10 gm/cc to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kN static roller and finishing to a required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 509 including all leads, Lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire saisfication of the Engineer in Charge.
