Comprehensive maintenance and repairs to 06 Nos electrically operated 13 passenger lift of make Thyssenkrupp Elevator Pvt Ltd operated with speed of 1.5 m/s travelling from ground floor to 7 upper floors (08 stops/ 08 openings) 884 kgs, along with emergency rescue device, installed at JCOs/ ORs Accn at Pangode Military Station Trivandrum including attending day to day maintenance of lift and keeping the lift functional at all times complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs to 02 nos electrically operated 8 passenger lift of make Thyssenkrupp Elevator Pvt Ltd operated with speed of 1.5 m/s travelling from ground floor to 6 upper floors (07 stops/ 07 openings) 544 kgs, along with emergency rescue device, installed at JCOs/ ORs Accn at Pangode Military Station Trivandrum including attending day maintenance of lift and keeping the lift functional at all times complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for items Sl No 1.00 to 4.00: (a) Maintenance/ repair work shall be carried out through trained service Engineer from OEM only as per maintenance schedule. The lowest bidder shall sign an MoU with OEM for carrying out the maintenance and repair work and produce original MoU to GE for entire period of contract. (b) The contactor shall carry out the maintenance/ servicing of lifts every month. (c) Makes of the spare parts shall be of same make as used by original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

(d) Repair/ replacement of any components rendered unserviceable due to wear and tear, such as, inverter system, controller parts, printed circuit boards, belts, rollers, gears, bearing, gear oil, solenoid coils, shaft lights, chokes, break shoes liners, contactor relay coils, push button, door locks, cabin light, minor repair of lift motor, indicators and other minor mechanical parts except major parts like, landing and car doors, ARD battery bank, repair to lift motor, rewinding of cabin fan, lift cabin, guide rails, ropes, counterweights travelling cables, etc shall be deemed to be included in the comprehensive maintenance rate and no extra payment shall be given on this account. (e) Unserviceable components/ materials removed should be deposited at MES store yard. The technician should report to AGE E/M office daily morning at 9.00 AM where a register shall be maintained. The contractor should attend the rescue/ failure calls immediately and should start the work within 30 minutes otherwise a penalty of Rs. 1000/- for each late hour shall be recovered from contractor's dues.

(f) The maintenance service report shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge every month duly signed by the technician and supervisor immediately after completion of maintenance/ services of lift. (g) Any other checks, maintenance and repair as required for the smooth operation of lift shall also be carried out by the contractor.

Material and labour for repair/ replacement of LOP full set all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair/ replacement of emergency alarm unit all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair/ replacement of mother board PCB unit all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair/ replacement of contactor four pole 63 A all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair/ replacement of door drive all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair/ replacement of door spring all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair/ rewinding of blower fan motor all as specified and directed.
