Material and Labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Anti Termite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Anti Termite Treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Anti Termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing galvanised iron water tubing 15mm bore, medium grade, ISI marked with and including all GI fittings such as unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. laid in trenches/floor including taking out unserviceable pipe of following size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, laying & testing galvanised iron water tubing 20mm bore, medium grade, ISI marked with and including all GI fittings such as unions, reducer sockets, socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc. laid in trenches/floor including taking out unserviceable pipe of following size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 500 litres capacity tripple layer, rotational molded, polythene water storage tank with cover (Cylindrical vertical with closed top),colour white , hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 25 mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:3 with using water proofing powder @ 3% by weight of cement including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note - Water proofing powder shall be measured separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 mix type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone as in roof kerbs covering over chajjas and similar locations rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying oil based bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384-1986 at 0.20 kg/Sqm on prepared surface and applying of one coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20 kg / sqm and applying roof treatment with APP modified waterproofing membrane weighing not less than 3kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650N/Sqm cm, tearing strength of 180N(Minimum), applied by torch-on application including minimum 10 cm over lap and 15 cm end lap and applying of one coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.20 kg / sqm over the membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cement mortar band in CM 1:4 of size width 70mm at bottom 25mm at top and 40mm thick at 30 cm centre to centre for laying of mangalore pattern tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC pipe (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint 110mm dia fixed to wall including taking out old pipe with fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bends 110mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single Tee) 110 mm bore equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 8200.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 8200.00 as rate in Green field under Col-5.
