Modernisation to Distribution System of Kalimati MIP in Ghatagaon block in Keonjhar District under OIIPCRA for the year 2024-25

Clearing and grubbing jungles including uprooting tank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviciable material and stacking of useful materials with supply of all labour T & P and all taxes as per prevailing norm etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies with all leads & lifts including all labour, taxes as per norm, T & P etc. required for the item & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in clay, lime or cement mortar above 3m. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with all leads & lifts including all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm, T & P etc. required for the item & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old plaster including racking out joints with supply of all labour , T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in hard soil in embankments,canal bank etc. within all lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per specification approved by the department with supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement to be taken on finished compacted level section of the fill).

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials clear of work site within all leads and lifts etc including dewatering from foundation if necessary etc with supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation & plinth with excavated earth materials including watering & ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade (excluding cost of M.S.Rod,carriage and labour for cutting ,bending ,binding and fixing of M.S.Rod) using 20mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and other deletorious materials, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials hire and running charges of the machineries, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing norm and supervision Charges including mobilisation & de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape ans size using 20mm and down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and other deletorious materials, quarry debris and foreign materials, clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials,(excluding cost,carriage of M.S.Rod and labour for cutting,bending,binding and fixing of M.S.Rod) with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision Charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening ,cutting,bending and binding of uncoated HYSD Steel ( Approved by Govt. Odisha) for concrete works and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing norm and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement for payment).

Filling foundation & plinth with sand including watering & ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying NP-3 RCC spun pipes 150 mm diameter including cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of RCC spun and including supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P etc. to complete the work or as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing & fixing 12mm thick salitex board (Bituminous) expansion joint board) in expansion joints including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes of all materials, supply of all labour ,T & P and supervision charges required for the item etc. complete in all respect as per approved design, drawing, specificiton and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing of earth work in slope of Dam & canal embankment including trimmed to required profile and turfing with best compacted dub grass sods with all leads and lifts including periodical watering with labour, all other taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P till survival of the turf etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement and Payment will be made on survival of the turf. )

Rough stone dry packing using departmental stone in approns and revetments to all heights,thickness , profile and level free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stone wedges including taxes of all materials, labour, as per prevailing norm and T&P alongwith supply of all labour required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rigid shuttering for concrete works with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weir , barrage and dam blocks including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P required for the items of work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in hard soil with two extra lead over 50m initial lead and 1.50m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per specification approved by the department with supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement to be taken on finished compacted level section of the fill).

Supplying and laying NP-3 RCC spun pipes 600mm diameter including cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of RCC spun and including supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P etc. to complete the work or as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing CNS layer in canal lining with approved quality of moorum, sand admixture to designed thickness and level including watering & compaction up to 95% of MDD in OMC including cost, conveyance, royalty & all taxes of all materials including supply of all labour, T&P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C works in foundation of all heights with wooden & steel shuttering plates including supply of ties supports rigidly fixed and removal including making good to the damaged surface where necessary with all scaffolding gangway etc. with cost, conveyance and other taxes of all materials including all labour and T&P materials required for the item complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in Reinforced Concrete aboutment, wingwall / Return wall with50mm dia P.V.C pipe, for filtering extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 v : 20 H to-wards drawing face etc. complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade for Cement Concrete lining in canal to 75mm thickness using 20mm down graded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any deleterious materials using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level to the bed and slopes of canal with keys etc., providing contraction joints and filling with approved sealing materials including use of AEA (air entraining agent) in the concrete mix and supply of all materials, centering, shuttering required for the work, labour and machineries compacting with plate vibrator and finishing the concrete surface including trimming, dressing, watering and compacting of canal bed and slopes with rammers, providing beads and grooves etc, cutting trenches for keys as indicated in the approved drawing, curing the concrete for the required time with supply of all materials including cost conveyance and royality complete as directed by Engineering – in-charge.

Supply, transportation, erection, fitting and fixing approved type of moulded measuring devices (Cut Throat Flumes) of required discharge capacity made out of fiberglass reinforced Plastic mould (FRP) at the specified location with "hold fasts" embedded I etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
