Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified as specified and directed.

15mm thick Z black granite in path/vertical surface (table rubbed and polished) in path/vertical, pointed with white cement and admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in two layers, first layer 10mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 and apply two coat of Dr Fixit Padifin K2 or equivalent and fixing of mild steel chicken mesh cloth (wt not less than 0.75 Kg / Sqm) and applying top layer rendering 5mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 for reieve tiles complete all as specified as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed

Precase cement concrete blocks masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate & set in CM 1:4 in walling as in kerb block, one edge chamferred and finished complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall, bricks path, interlocking tiles/chequred tiles surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including removing old vegetation etc and applying one coat of weather exterior complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-cast RCC 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in louvers and jallies set in cement motar 1:4 including all mouldings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

100 mm thick machine pressed coloured PCC cobbled block in path over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, and block laid as per direction and joint shall be filled as per cobaled path pattern set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface complete all as specified and directed.
