M&L for lifting of defective/unserviceable submersible pump motor set of any size from bore wells including dismantling and taking out column pipes of any size & length alongwith submersible cable, nut&bolts etc; and lowering the pump set after rectifing defects or carrying out necessary repairs / replacement of defective parts , nut bolt rubber packing etc all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Spares for repairs/rewinding of pump/motor will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Costs of all necessary Lath work & T&P required at site and transportation is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for rewinding of u/s submersible motors AC, 3 phase, 440 volt with superior quality PVC insulated copper submersible winding wire of identical gauge and specification of the existing winding wires with all necessary insulating materials and testing complete all as specified of following capacities :-

S & F in repair/replacement of motor bush upper and lower suitable for submersible motor of any size / capacity.

S & F in repair/replacement rotor bearing sleeve upper and lower suitable for submersible motor of any size / capacity all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair/replacement sand guard suitable for submersible pump set any size/capacity all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair/replacement of submersible motor thrust plate assembly complete suitable for

S & F in repair/replacement motor coupler sleeve with key suitable for submersible pump sets of any size/capacity.

M&L for carrying out repair to submersible pump after dismantling the assembly complete for replacement of worn out spares such as stage bowls, impellers, pump shaft, sleeves, bushes etc; including filling, turning & polishing works to pump shaft, GM impellers if necessary, reassembling the pump after repairs and testing complete including applying a coat of water proof epoxy paint to the external surfaces of pump all as specified and directed of following capacity :- (Note : Any spares requires to be replaced will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for opening up unserviceable electric induction motor, 3 phase AC 440 Volts, cutting and removing the burnt winding coils complete and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor wires of appropriate size as per the existing gauge all necessary insulating materials, varnishing, dryining etc including refixing in position , connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed at site for the following capacity :-

Dismantling of transmission shaft of pump, buildingup wornout metal to required level, machining to the under size on lathe machine, grinding and finishing to required size to match the sleeve, and fixing into the housing, alignment and check with dial gauge indicator complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge for following capacities:

S & F in replacement 100 mm GI pipe medium grade inclduing all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, fixed complete on wall / surface / floor including MS hooks / clamps of suitable size including taking out old and U/s complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

S & F in replacement 50 mm GI pipe medium grade inclduing all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, fixed complete on wall / surface / floor including MS hooks / clamps of suitable size including taking out old and U/s complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

S & F in replacement 25 mm GI pipe medium grade inclduing all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, fixed complete on wall / surface / floor including MS hooks / clamps of suitable size including taking out old and U/s complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

S & F in replacement of 20 mm outer dia CPVC pipe SDR 11 including plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings such as bend ,tee , elbow , union , reducer , tee reducer etc laid or fixing/clamping on floor /surface/air/wall/ including taking out old U/s complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

S & F in repair/replacement CPVC ball valve 20 mm ISI marked, conf to IS including taking out old u/s complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note: Union or long screw have to provided before fixing of ball valve if required.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of Ductile iron (DI) pipes 150 mm bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-9 as per IS:8329-2000 and other relevant standards including material and labour for push on EPDM/SBR Rubber gasket joint in any length laid in trenches including taking out old u/s pipe any type complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- DI fittings and earth work will be measured and paid under relavant item of this schedule)

All as per item no 26 above but for 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for CI/DI fittings such as Bends, Tapers, Tees, Branch (Single or double branch), connecting pieces etc., any type and angle/ radius etc., confirming to IS 9523-2000 for DI Pipe upto 200 mm bore including taking out old u/s complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for maint of Air Compressor which includes the following works. (04 Nos of Air Compressor)

Supply and fix in repairs change over switch existing panel, wall any type off load type, triple pole and neutral, 200 Amps, 415 V, 50 Hz side handle operated, including connecting and testing all as directed.

S & F in repair/replacement Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s . / 25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F in repair/replacement of split rubber coupling pad / Star pad suitable for any type anu size.

M&L for water proof cable jointing kit with hardner compound complete suitable for submersible cable PVC insulated and sheathed, 10/16 Sqmm flat, 3 core, 1100 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair/replacement sluice valve class PN 1.6 with brass spindle, gasket, bolts, nuts and washers in position of 150 mm bore in valve pit chambers or near to bore well all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair/replacement sluice valve class PN 1.6 with brass spindle, gasket bolts, nuts and washers in position of 100 mm bore in valve pit chambers or near to bore well all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking existing old damage wall mounting glow sign board and supply and fixing of new glow sign board of size 1.5mx50cm x20 cm wide made out of MS sheet 16 Gauge with front of the board made out of transparant perspex sheet /flex sheet with letter writting (as reqd and approved by Enge-in-Charge) including 2 Nos 14 Watts LED tube light fittings including three core wire of size 40/0.0076mm required length including point wiring and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Location : 7A, 8 & 9 Pump House.

S & F in replacement Digital ammeter with necessary CTs range 0-100 Amps square type all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Single phase preventer ES-00 type for 3 phase motor up to 25 HP Capacity in the existing panel/starter all as specified and directed.

Supply install, testing and commissioning of submerssible pump set of capacity 25 HP S/S body complete 20 staging pumping head 180 Mtrs discharge 200 LPM working on 3 Ph. AC supply 415V, 50 Hz of suitable dia for installing in the bore well of 200mm dia and depositing unserviceable one to AGE E/M yard all complete as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for opening up stuffing box of cast iron sluice valve in position, repaire /replacement of gland packing, nuts, bolts and washers etc with existing size complete all as directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 200 mm Bore

(b) 150 mm Bore

(c) 100 mm Bore

(d) 80 mm Bore

M & L for repairing of Digital Water Level Indicator Device (150mm, Digit Display make "SECO" Type -DDS-6) Operating on Single phase supply, direct display in 150mm size digit system in meter/Centimeter of water level of Sumps/Over Head Tank ensuring alaram while water fall or rise at predetermined limit,1 Minute auto Off alarm.

Material and labour for one coat of Exterior emulsion weather coated paint of suitable colour on all external surfaces of RCC overhead reservoir capacity 1.0 lakh Gallons up to 21 mtr staging including preparation of old surface after scrapping complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All the safety tools, swings, scaffolding etc required for the work is to be arranged by the contractor and rate quoted shall deemed to include in the item.

All as per item no 63 above but for over head reservoir 0.25 to0.50 lakh Gallons capacity up to 21 metre staging complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of complete Pressed Steel tank of length 4.88 mtr, Breath 3.66 Mtr and hight 2.44 Mtrs (External & Internal surfaces) including staging with two coats of synthetic enamel paint on outer surface after preparation up to 18 mtrs staging complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS column pipe 100 mm nominal bore , heavy duty ,in 3 mtr length with MS flanges screwed and welded both ends flanges fabricated with 8 mm thick MS plate with 2 nos slots of suitable size cut on each sides for drawing of submersible cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for cleaning and painting of dosing storage tank (Soda tank , Alum tank and Chlorine tank) inside outside surface at each pump house with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - In -charge

M & L for painting of Pump house gate including cutting ,welding as per site requirement with locking arrangement of suitable size as well as two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) laid in floor, path etc. or of similar type finished the surface even and fair complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cils , steps,seismic,parapet and railing up to 60 cm in height ,coping , kneelers,apex stone,bedplate, kerbs water throughs and like including weathering,slightly rounded and chamfered angle throating and necessary formwork all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Development of bore well with high pressure compressed air by using air compressor and pumping muddy water continuously 6 Hrs or as directed by Engineer-In- charge without break including lifting and lowering of submersible pump motor set complete all as directed.(Note:- Compressor , T & P and fuel arranged by contractor.)

Supply and replace Pressure gauge dial of 6" dia, 0-10 kgs/cm2 ratings suitable to the existing water pipe lines including suitable fixing lines with necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified.

Labour for cleaning of all type of vegetation and drain in Pump house/bore well area complete all as directed Note:- Chemical for vegetation and other tools as required for maintenance of plant and tools required for keeping surrounding area and installation in presentable shall be provided by contractor. Cleaning of pump house area will be carryout as per requirement in entire period of contract.

M & L for Earthing in replacement with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 ( SSR Part-1) to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated , necessary excavation any type of soil, CI chamber cover 10 mm with 6 mm rod , wire mess, funnel, test point, 40 mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . (Note :-(i) Fresh agriculture soil / black dirt or soil with a high organic conten will be used for filling the dug as required when rocky /sandy soil found at site to achieve the desired resistance from out side without any extra cost.(ii) Painting of earthing pit cover with synthetic enamel paint incl writing the earth resistance value on the same.)

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum.
