The following works are to be carried out for 132 kv s/s nindura under ETD-III Lucknow as per technical specifications and as per direction of the Supervision Engineer:

Providing, Fixing & Installation of following boards of size 4ft*3ft duly made of 2mm aluminium sheet with side beading and with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed in control room. The phase to fully cover with 3mm vinyl sheeting self adhesive of red colour. The later shall be computer cut & in white colour as per technical specification.

Providing of shutdown/breakdown/through transfer bus/under rostering board of size 300mm*100mm dully made of 3mm thick white colour Acrlic with sheet having letter with computer cut self adhesive 3mm vinyl sheet in red with proper arrangement for hanging on C&R panels for substation.

Name plates made of 2mm thick Aluminium sheet covered with 3M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet of following size with details /Name written by using 3M HIP Retro Reflective sheet as per prescribed colour scheme to be fixed with the help of Nuts & bolts at already installed equipment structures in the switchyard with all cost of plates, nut & bolts, misc. materials T&P and labour as per technical specifications & directions of concerned Engineer at the sub station:

Danger plate of size 300 mm x 200 mm displaying sign of Skull and cross bones & lettering of CAUTION 132000 volts "CAUTION 132000 VOLTS" / lko/kku 132000 oksYV / duly made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet with face to be fully covered with white colour 3M HIP retro reflective sheet and the letters shall be computer cut red colour 3M HIP retro reflective sheet. The danger plate to be fixed the help of suitable size GI bolts, nuts on allready installed Equipments structures etc. at the substation.

Providing, Fixing & fabrication of "R/Y/B" phase plates set closing of one plate of red,yellow,blue colour in each set and plates on dia 150 mm duly made of 2mm thick aluminium sheet face to be fully covered in red,yellow and blue face colour 3M HIP retro reflective sheet and the face plates set to be fixed with the help of suitable size GI black nuts on allready installed equipments structures etc at the substation.

Prohibted area board of size 4ft x 3ft dully made of 2mm thick aluminium sheet with side border with proper fixing arrangement on the man gate the face of the board start shall be fully covered with 3 mm vinyl sheet of red colour and having letter with computer cut self adhesive 3 mm vinyl sheet in white colour.
