M&L for Non skid vitrified coloured tiles 8 to 9mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including laying of 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete including dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to 4mm thick GI wire by means of nuts,bolts,check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel,protected by 15mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe and connected to main switch board,including all necessary excavation & earth work in hard dense soill including funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe with charcoal and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness all around the GI plate electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with cast iron frame including cast iron cover10mm thick hinged to CI frame and 6mm MS rod for handle and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I all as specified and directed.(one earthing for each DBl )

S & F MCB DB complying with IEC 61439 -1 & 3., sheet metal enclosures double door .The DBs should be supplied with tin platted insulated copper bus bar rated for 100A. 240 volts 2 in 1 shutter (Metal Door) with IK09 type with blanking plates where required and IP 43 degree protection, the DB door should be hinged type and possible to reversible at site.The DB door shall have overhang, to gel with wall properly.The DB shall be supplied with all insulated N. Bar riveted on Din channel frame and should not restrict cable entry from top or bottom.The DB shall have plastic knobs on shield to hold complete all as directed. All the above mentioned specs the technical documents from OEM shall be provided at the time of bidding of following capaity .

(b) MCB DB SPN,12 ways .

S & F MCB SP /SPN complying to IS/IEC 60898, 240 volts 'C' Curve 10 KA with energy limiting class 3. The MCB shall have 50% lower watt loss as required by IS/IEC 60898 from 6A to 63A . The mcb shall have the unique property of di-electric strength, arc resistance, insulation, flame retardancy and temperature resistance, including connection with suitable size copper lugs, The MCB shall give visible flag indication when MCB trips on Short Circuit Fault. The MCB shall have safety shutter to avoid any wrong insertion of cable. The MCB shall have the termination capacity of 35 Sq mm.
