Dismantling and shifting of existing infrastructure in GSM BTS site at Umsaw Nongbri, Nongpoh/ Ri-Bhoi Dist., Mehalaya BA 2nd call

Dismantling/ dismembering of 60 m high TTH (Triigular Tubular) Ground Based Tower including dismembering of all tower members with all attached accesories ( such as Antennas with mounts, RF cables and cable run ways, working platforms with railing, ladders etc.) and stacking dismantled tower material within 50 metres lead at Ground floor etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. Notes:

1. Payment shall be made on weight basis - agency has to weigh all dismantled material on electronic weigh bridge which shall match with the therotical weight calculated on unit weight basis, as per the list of recovered material.

2. Rate shall include the cost of any excavation or demolishing PCC/RCC/Masonry work required to expose the foundation bolts up to base plate level.

3. Agencey should make all precutionary measures to avoid any accident/ mishap during execution and provide all sefty equipments to labourer.

4. Agency has to obtain at his own cost labour insurance before commencement of work, for which nothing extra shall be paid.

5. All dismantled materials/ members shall be lebelled/ marked with paint or ink for the purpose of sorting and stacking at the time of handing over.

6. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of all labour, tools and equipments, mobilisation of labour/ material, cost of precuationary measures, cost of insurance, lebelling members, all incidentals complete and nothing extra shall be paid for any reason.

Demolishing R.C.C. work / Brick masonry work / Stone masonary work of foundation part, above ground/ formation level manually/ by mechanical means and making flush with adjacent ground/ formation level including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material to appropriate dumping area within 1 km lead including loading, unloading and transportation etc complete as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Preparation of list of all matterials recovered from dismantling of 60 m high TTH (Triigular Tubular) Ground Based Tower in triplicate and handing over all materials to appropriate store authorities etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Mechanical Transportation of 60 m high TTH (Triangular Tubular) dismantled tower material (Approx. 23.00 MT weight ) including loading, transportation,Toll charges & unloading at store, carriage from road side to work site & stacking the same, making security arrangement against theft/ loss etc., allied activities all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. From Umsaw Nongbri tower site in Nongpoh/ Ri Boi Dist to BSNL stire, Mawklot, Upper Shillong. (Approx Distance 90 kms)

Disconnecting and removing all telecom and electrical equipments in GSM BTS Shelter/ rooms at Umsaw Nongbri tower site in Nongpoh/ Ri Boi Dist and transporting the same by mecanical transport and stacking at BSNL stire, Mawklot, Upper Shillong all complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Telecom and electrical equipments to be disconnected, removed and transported are approximatly as follows - Split AC Units (2 nos), Battary 400 AH (Partial 12 Cells), Power Plant 100 Amp (1 Unit), LT Panel 3 Phase (1 Unit), ERICSSON 2G BTS (1 Unit), Radio Link (2 Units), Lightening Arrestor of Power Plant (1 Unit), Mini Link Shyam (1 Unit), Antistatic Flooring (15 sqm approx.), Engine Alternator 15 KVA (1 Unit), other miscellaneous electrical fittings.
