SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR B/R WORKS.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.50mtrs deep and getting out in hard/ dense or any soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete, design mix M-25, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.50m span, complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or slopping and similar work exceeding 5cm but not exceeding10cm wide, complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for smooth and fair finishes of flat surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and incluing setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.
