Tender Ref. No: IOAODSO/ENGG/LT/2019-20/06, e-Tender ID : E-Tender ID :2019_NEISO_110457_1 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in coloured cells, without changing any format. 3. SAC code for Erection, Installation & Comissioning Services of solar system is 9954-GST rate is 18%. HSN code for Solar module 8541-GST rate is 5% 4. As per existing regulation, for Sl No1, 5% GST Rate is considered on 70% of the gross value and for Sl No2, 18% GST rate is considered on 30% of the gross value. However, GST shall be paid on actual basis based on supporting documents submitted. Quoted Amount exclusive of GST shall only be considered in evaluation of the L1 bidder.
