11 KV INDOOR VCB Repairing & General overhauling

Charges of Opening of auxiliary Bus bars, Vacuum Interrupters, Resin phase barriers, fixed and moving contacts, Drive Insulators etc as required as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Charges of Cleaning/General overhauling of carbonized auxiliary Bus bars, Vacuum Interrupters, Resin phase barriers, fixed and moving contacts, Drive Insulators etc as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Note: Cleaning to be done using proper method like sand paper, cleaning sprays, rust removing sprays,etc as per requirement which will be provided by contractor)

Charges of Refitting of auxiliary Bus bars, Vacuum Interrupters, Resin phase barriers, fixed and moving contacts, Drive Insulators etc as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Charges of Opening of operating Mechanism/associated Equipment as required (tripping lever, charging lever, inter lock lever, locking drum, mechanism springs, setting screw, stop pin, trip prop, set screw, spindle, lock nut, Trip roller, racking arm, secondary plug flap, coil assembly, release roller,ratchet, coil pot, main toggle, Tripping plunger, operating springs, Trip coils etc.) as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Note: Every single equipment of the operating Mechanism of trolley will be opened and checked as per Requirement under every circumstance and situation)

Charges of Cleaning, General overhauling & Refitting of operating Mechanism of operating Mechanism/associated Equipment as required (tripping lever, charging lever, inter lock lever, locking pin, trip prop, set screw, spindle, lock nut, Trip roller, racking arm, secondary plug flap, coil assembly, release roller, ratchet, coil pot, main toggle, Tripping plunger, operating springs, Trip coils etc. as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Note: Every single equipment of the operating Mechanism of trolley will be cleaned and overhauled as per Requirement under every circumstance and situation. Overhauling will include thorough examination and repairing of every part of trolley and associated switch gear. Repairing will include fabrication of the part if required. Each and every part will be repaired under all situations and circumstances. The contractor will be responsile to keep the trolley operating mechanism healthy under all situations.

Charges of General overhauling/oiling of VCB truck wheels, Wheel coupling assembly, alignment of the same as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Note: Overhauling will include complete repairing of above mentioned parts/objects and will comprise of fabrications of parts wherever and whenever required.

Charges of Painting of VCB panels( outer surface and interior lower area where VCB is placed) as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Charges of Epoxy painting/ PVC sleeve covering of Bus Bars/spouts/CT as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Charges of Opening of 11 KV main panel bus bars, spout bus bars, C.T Bus bars, as required as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Charges of Cleaning, General overhauling & setting of 11 KV main panel bus bars, connecting bus bars, C.T Bus bars and other bus bars as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Note: Overhauling will include all kinds of repair and fabrication required, customised setting and alignment of bus bars as per requirement.

Charges of Opening, cleaning & general overhauling of spring charging motor as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Note: The Spring Charging motor must be kept healthy under all circumstances. The contractor will be responsible to repair the motor whenever required under all situation and cicumstances.
