Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including scraping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc including cornices, pilasters etc( Plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white (lime) wash complete all as specified.

All as per item No 01 above but one coat of white wash on ceiling .

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of cement base paint.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.For work to be done at a height exc. 10M but n. exc. 20M,complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old woode and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint. For work to be done at a height exc. 10M but n. exc. 20M,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.For work to be done at a height exc. 10M but n. exc. 20M,complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick walls or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.For work to be done at a height exc. 10M but n. exc. 20M,complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 as on chajjas, beam, balcony fins etc with hard drawn wire fabric mesh where required to make up to original shape at any height complete all as specified and directed. For work to be done at a hight exc. 10M but n. exc. 20M,complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of Newly plastered surfaces of walls/chajja /beams and some cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying two coat ofanti fungal exterior emulsion( weather coat) over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat,For work to be done at a hight exc. 10M but n. exc. 20M,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coats ofanti fungal exterior emulsion( weather coat) on old plastered surfaces of wall incl removing existing treatment and preparation of old decorated surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of anti fungal exterior emulsion( weather coat) on old plastered surfaces of wall incl removing existing treatment and preparation of old decorated surfaces. For work to be done at a height exc. 10M but n. exc. 20M,complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
