Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, erection of poles,struts, stays etc and getting out all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per serial item no 1.00 above but in PCC/floor/road all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for laying in trenches burnt brick sub class 'B' for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified.

Demolition of concrete (coping of PCC/GI pole/Road) of any description and in any position

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in coping of size (0.65x0.55x0.45) Mtr for PCC/RCC street light pole complete with 10mm thick cement plaster CM 1:4 on coping surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in coping of size (0.65x0.55x0.45) Mtr for steel tubular/GI street light pole complete with 10mm thick cement plaster CM 1:4 on coping surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Erect in replacement of truly vertical position steel tubular swaged pole 09 mtr long with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP 31, including painting one under coat with anti corrosive primer and two coats of aluminium paint and in the botton above ground level alternative white & black strips of 30 cm width upto 1.5 mtr above ground level including taking down of old PCC poles complete all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for replacement of street light bracket arm fabricated out of 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade long bend to shape fixed to pole with 2 pair of suitable size clamps of fitted with suitable size nuts, bolts washers incl one coat of paint all as specified and directed

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for GI pipe of size 40mm bore, light grade for protection to cable from coping to loop-in-loop out Jn box fixed to street light pole including necessary fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out from trenches/floors/road/wall/pipe/pole LT cable of any size/description and removing from site incl making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface all as directed.

Supply and laying of UG cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixing on panels/walls/poles or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply and fixing for repairs Driver for LED Light fitting 45 Watt all as specifed and directed by Engr in charge. Make:- ENDURA of Havells or equivalent Model of C&S , CG/Bajaj.

Supply and fixing for repairs LED Post top lantern of 1X40 Watt with die cast aluminium spigot and lid cover, high efficient LEDs and clear acrylic cover IP-65, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for outdoor bollard light 8 watt LED 4000K Cone series acts as a imposing street furniture.The elegant yet minimalsitic design acts a silent observer and giving light, diffuser at the upper portion acts a beacon of path guidance in a landsacpe environment suitable for operation on 240V, 50Hz single phase including necessary PCC work, nut, bolts, washers etc and accessories required for mounting lights complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking down carefully unserviceable street light fittings of any description from pole for replacing the new street light fittings as in its original position complete all as specified and directed (Note : New street light fitting will be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour for removal green vegetation and dressing around the plinth/PCC hardstanding up to 1.5 mtr of sub stations and 2/4 pole structure etc including disposal of vegitation /material up to 50 mtr distance from the site and levelling/surfacing the ground all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for MS clamps (duly painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer) for fixing street light fittings/junction boxes/cable pipe on wall/floor /pole including MS nuts, bolts and washers etc as required as per site complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing for replacement of GI pipe of size 15mm bore, light grade for protection to cable from junction box to street light fixed to street light pole including taking down of old unsv PVC/HDPE pipe complete all as specified and directed. (Note : MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers shall be measured and paid separately under respective itmes of Sch A)

Material and labour for service cable 6 Sqmm 2 core 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded alumn conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections/perimeter light supply as per site requirement, flat or circular all as required or directed.

Material and labour for service cable 10 Sqmm 2 core 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded alumn conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections/perimeter light supply as per site requirement, flat or circular all as required or directed.

Supply and fixing for replacement of LT line spacer made of High grade PVC suitable for LT OH conductor 4/5 ways all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with MS stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay rod 16mm dia, stay bow, nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI all as shown in EP No 01 of SSR Part-I of 1991 or directed by Engr-in-charge ( Excavation, PCC, say wire and loop type insulators will be measured separately).

Material and labour for galvanized stay strand of size 7/2.24 mm including taking down old stay of any size and any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions 90x140mm with clearance of hole 25.5 mm vitreous white brown or green complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of following sizes as in overhead conductor including fixing aluminium tapes for binding complete all as specified and directed: - (a) 6/1 x 3.0 - Ferret (b) 6/1 x 2.59 - Weasel (c) 6/1 x 2.11 - Squirrel Note: The weight of the conductor shall be determined as stipulated in Preamble (b) & (c) on Page 384 of SSR-2010 Part-II (Rates).

Cutting/trimming of tree branches under OH LT electric line including cleaning upto 3.00 mtr horizontal distance on both sides of OH electric line from ground level of the poles including removing all creepers smal bushes etc of under OH line upto 60 mitre each span complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Materials/T&P like Axies, Daw, rope and the like will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt).

Complete removal of old paint from the steel tubular pole of 09 mtr height without removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting the poles with and including two coats of synthetic enamal paint upto 1.50 mtr height having alternative white and black strips of 30 cm height each, including one coat of aluminium paint to the remaining part of pole (i.e above 1.50 mtr height) and its cross arms, bracing, support and all steel members complete all as specified and directed.
