Taking down cement plaster from brick work/ Concrete surfaces of walls etc & M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster from RCC chajja facia, ceiling, wall etc & M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth complete all as specified.

M/L two coat of OBD on newly plastered/ unplastered surfaces on wall including preparation of surfaces and 1mm wall care putty complete all as specified.

M&L preperartion of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on RCC chajja/ facia, ceiling etc complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of wall & applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.

Demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level) and removing debris out of MOD land complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block (rubberised finish) of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including complete removal to debris outside the defence land or low laying area complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block (rubberised finish) of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets & frame work complete all as specified.

M&L for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site over and including PVC frame work of 5mm thick and 35mm width fixed on walls as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified.

S&F 15-18 mm thick Fissured board false ceiling system with ULTIMA RH99 board (regular) or equivalent mineral fiber acoustical suspended ceiling system, board size shall be 600mm X 600mm over and including Anodised aluminium snap grid (powder coated ) frame work for false ceiling all as specified ( Size of grid 605 x 605mm). The aluminium snap grid, tee section, L section , Hooks , wire assembly, anchor fasterners, suspenders shall be Armstrong (Make) or equivalent (a) Size of main Tee & cross Tee -39 X24.7 X 0.80mm (b) Size of wall angle - 22.20 X 22.20X 0.65 mm complete all as specified.

M&L for 12 mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish including Gl frame work grid for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including two coat of wall care putty and two coats of OBD on calcium silicate boards complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

M&L Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified.

M&L Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-laminated galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.
