BOQ ( Sch 'A') B/R items Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts wells, cesspits, manholes etc. n.exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Any item retreived during excavation shall be deposited by the contractor in MES store yard for taking on charge.)

Returning, filling in, including spreading ,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in copings, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar works including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc vertical or to batter, fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing for purpose made butt hinges confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 suitable for fioxing to stone/ concrete door and window frame ( Fixing only shall be measured separately complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking coloured paver Block any shape and size, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick ,M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 50mm thick sand cushion including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars , bore of pipe 600mm complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of trees exc 30cm but n exc 100cm girth of trunk incuding cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance exc 50m but n exc 500m and cleaning the site complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Trees once cut shall be depositd with the user unit for there further necessary action. Trees are to be depositd at place as shown by GE/ Engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing for 1.6mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size , holes, punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing mild steel framed work such as in guard bar, gate grills, grating , with ends of bars shouldered and/or rebated,or forged into spike frame guard bars,wake way,railing,frame work of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe-410-w (Gde 250) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, abutments parapets, staircase railing, pilasters, buttresses and similar work etc complete all as specified

Material & Labour for 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, sub base and paving complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), chullah hoods, chajja, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (reinforcement to be measured separately)

Material & labour mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

All as per item No 22 here in before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in strrups, spacers and binders

Supply and laying Steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all GI fittings (such as bend,elbows,tees, connections, short pieces, back nuts, unions, caps & plugs etc) laid in trenches bore of pipe 80mm complete all as specified and directed.
