Supply and fix in repairs indicating lamps LED type set (R,Y,B) all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI strip of 25x4 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No. 3, including necessary earth work and excavation , charcoal dust, common salt, PCC chamber, RCC cover 40mm thick 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bars 75mm C/C both ways, test point and watering pipe complete, including connecting to earthing test point or to DB / Panel complete as directed by Engr in charge and testing resistance etc. complete, including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i)The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for main earth lead from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 m only. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance not obtained as per IE rules the earthing will be redone by the contractor as directed without any extra cost to Govt. Comprehensive , preventative maint and servicing of DG sets on-site as per OEM schedule and attending any time break down call by authorize manufacturer OEM Technician for complete engine, alternator and all DG set accessories consisting of normal periodic repairs, checking of pulleys/belts, checking desired output values of alternator, Acoustic enclosure, radiator system and General checking for any defects, alignment and rectification of the same, replacement of necessary small minor consumables to ensure smooth operation. labour charges for replacing of defective /worn out parts by new spares such as filters, gaskets, V belts, rubber hoses, worm drive clamps, nuts & bolts including complete lubrication of moving parts for DG Set 380 KVA Kirlosker Make capacity in Main Power House Rameswaram. Notes: - (i) Spares required for above maintenance will be measured and paid in relevant item. (ii) Above repair works shall be carried-out through authorised OEM dealer only (iii) AMC for preventive maintenance by authorised service dealer of OEM of DG set shall be submitted to department before Commencement of work.

Supply, installation and commissioning of AVR in 380 KVA/ 100 KVA / 160 KVA DG set by taking out the defective AVR from DG set alternator from its control circuit, fixing the new AVR and connecting in the circuit, thorough checking and testing the DG set on load including taking down old item all as specified and as directed

Removal of self-starter motor from the DG Set of capacity 380 KVA of existing make , strip opening the starter for the renewal of minor parts like bush gear, o ring assy, bush set, sealing kit, brush set including assembling and re fixing at site complete all as specified and directed after replacement of following major parts if found defected/unserviceable :- Note: Following items measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for pouring of salted water in to each earth pit through water pipe, minimum of 100 Ltrs dissolved with 5 Kgs of common salt to each earth pits / electrodes at various sub stations / buildings for improving the earth conditions, all as specified and as directed. Note: - The contractor has to arrange water and transport to various sub stations / installations for the above purpose and Testing of Earth resistance of Electrical earthings of various types, at various Buildings / sub stations by using digital type Electrical earth Tester instruments , registering the test results in the prescribed proforma including cleaning the earth chamber , identifying the earth lead wire , testing and writing by paint the test results, date of testing etc. on the chambers all as specified and as directed . The job/test will be carried out in the presence of department staff and details registered all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in Renewal of Fuel hose flexible pipe with metallic type from fuel tank to filter, filter to FIP including allied nut bolt washer and coupling for DG set 100 KVA to 380 KVA with and including taking out old hose and making all connection testing for smooth operation all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting on old surfaces on DG set of any capacity by spray paint after cleaning strains and grease/oil spots with sand paper & thinner and painting the cleaned surface with synthetic enamel paint of existing colour to achieve good finish by applying two coats of paints by spray painting machine carefully after disconnection of power supply and covering the meters, indicators and switches to prevent from fall of paint drop on them all as directed and as specified.

Supply and fix in Renewal of radiator hose pipe of 100 to 380 KVA DG Set with including taking out old hose and making all connection, testing for smooth operation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in Renewal of battery charging sets automatic type of 12V charging set , fixed in DG set /panel with transformer and rectifier etc. including rewiring of faulty control complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for opening /taking out of turbo charger of DG Set of 100 KVA to 380 KVA capacity , disconnection of air supply connection pipe etc. complete overhauling servicing of turbo charger replacement of turbo charger repair kit including calibration /testing of turbo charger system complete and re assembling the same fitted with DG set properly in original position checking the alignment making proper all connection testing for smooth operation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Exhaust Muffler of DG Set any type any cap and all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing deteriorated surface treatments, fungal growth, and moisture ingress on DG Set foundation and surrounding surfaces (plinth, curb, trench walls, etc.). Work includes cleaning, surface preparation, and application of protective coating to resist corrosion. Apply three coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives, VOC content less than 50 gm/litre, and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004. Paint shall be alkali-resistant, fungal-resistant, and dirt-resistant, applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm. Before painting, apply one coat of exterior primer @ 0.9 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces, followed by 1mm thick wall care putty to achieve a smooth, tint-free finish, all as specified and as directed

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete, all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of 04 Nos of DG Sets ranging from 380 KVA to 200 KVA capacity, focusing on removal of visible fungal or mould growth, especially on white-painted enclosures. The work includes surface cleaning by using soft cloth or sponge with mild detergent and clean water. Gently wipe the entire exterior surface to remove dust, grime. by avoiding abrasive materials that may damage the paint or surface finish. and superficial fungal stains removal for areas with visible fungal or mould growth by apply a non-oxidizing biode or disinfectant all as specified and as directed. Note :- Monthly once the job must to carryout.
