Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB of following ratings in existing indoor/ Outdoor HT/LT panel board including connecting with proper size link set at incoming and outgoing cable connections and making necessary modification in existing panel as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: cost include taking down the existing MCCB from panel board disconnecting incoming / outgoing cable and fix the new MCCB in position at panel board including necessary cable connections of any size/ rating complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 X 4 .00 mm as earthing by means of bolts nuts and washers of galvanized iron including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm GI tubing light grade and necessary fittings for protection of GI strip including laying of charcoal , dust and common salt , PCC 1:2:4 Type B 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate with earth pit with 40 X 40 X 6.0 mm MS angle iron frame RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) Type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 75 mm C/C both way with plastering 15 mm thick CM (1:6) internally and up to 150 mm below ground level externally. PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No: 03 of SSR part - I 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing completed all specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of Galvanised iron strip of size 32 X 6 mm, fixed on Floor/ Wall with supporting insulators / laid in trench from existing earth test point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for cleaning the LT feeder piller box indoor/ Outdoor type of size up to 3m X2m X0.5m of different rating bus bar, after dismantling the Incoming and outgoing connections from MCCB/ Bus bar and replacing the old unserviceable nut, bolts, supporting insulators etc. and check the serviceability of MCB/MCCB, earth continuity conductor, tightening the earth conductor and incoming and outgoing cables and removing existing old insulation of bus bar and MCCB/ MCB terminals and providing new insulation tape of standard quality applied to Bus bar and MCCB terminals and cleaning the feeder pillar box all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) Contactor has to take the Shutdown of Transformer 11/0.433 KV from substation/MRS before starting the execution of work and switch ON/OFF on the Transformer after completion of work all as directed. (ii) Cost of T & P also included in quoted rate). (iii) The contractor should be deployed the skilled electrician for handling the HT & LT feeder pillar smoothly without damaging/disturbing the existing HT & LT installation.

M & L for LT danger notice board readymade / printed on water proof sheet pasted on LT feeder pillar box with vitreous enameled white back ground , with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour of Approved size up to 20 X 15 Cm all as directed

M & L for strip connector 4 way terminal of rating up to 100 Amp including necessary fixing arrangements fixed to feeder pillars /junction boxes all as specified and as directed

M & L for in replacement of copper earth strip of size 20 X 3 mm laid in trench/ wall/ floor with necessary supporting insulators in regular interval as directed from earth test point to terminal point with double nut bolt joint at starting terminal al as directed by EIC.

M&L for writing feeder pillar No on feeder pillar with super enameled synthetic paint, letters of size 75x75 mm with black back ground surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for removing of dirt by using sandpaper completely and preparation of old painted steel surface of any gauge/ size of transformers with and including applying two coats of priming with red oxide Zinc chrome and a final coat of black Japan paint as existing colour of paint by spray paint (Using Machine) at four sides, top and bottom of transformer capacity of following rating in KVA all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge. Note: (i) Contactor has to take the shutdown of Transformer 11/0.433 KV from substation/MRS before starting the execution of work and switch ON/OFF on the Transformer after completion of work all as directed. (ii) Cost of T & P also included in quoted rate. Dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable transformer of capacity 400 KVA and conveyed to the MES store yard from UARF, Kulamavu. Old transformer obtained from existing location shall be conveyed to MES store yard with entire safety by the contractor, also the transportation cost shall deem to be included in the unit cost quoted by the tenderer.

Supply, install, test and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type LT Feeder pillar box made out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet, CPRI Approved ,totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof as per IS with front and rear opening suitable locking arrangement having copper bus bar of 300 Amp capacity for RYB and Neutral and insulated with insulators, including connecting incoming and outgoing cables necessary PCC 1:3:6 in foundation and made out of 50 X 505 X 6 mm angle iron grouted at ground above 30 cm from ground level Comprising the following all as specified and as directed by the engineer - in-charge. Note: Quoted rate includes necessary internal wiring for meters , CTs, indication lamps, etc and Rigid bus bar connections from bus bar to MCCB terminals connection Bus to MCCB/MCB connections

M&L for cable duct cover of steel plate, 6 mm thickness cut in required size including painting applying two coat of priming with red oxide Zinc chrome and a final coat of black Japan paint by spray paint (Using Machine) at both sides ie, top and bottom of cable duct cover as directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning in replacement of Indoor type LT Feeder pillar box made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet outdoor type , CPRI Approved ,totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof as per IS with front and rear 300 Amp capacity for RYB and half for neutral and insulated with insulators, including connecting incoming and outgoing cables necessary made out of 50 X 50 X 6 mm angle iron grouted at Floor above 30 cm from ground level Comprising the following including taking down old unserviceable feeder pillar box , all as specified and as directed by the engineer - in- charge. Note: Cost includes necessary internal wiring for meters , CTs, indication lamps, etc and Rigid bus bar connections from bus bar to MCCB terminals connection Bus to MCCB/MCB connections. Note: Connection from HT Switch gears (Ringman system) to new LT panel board to be done and necessary fitting fixtures to be borne by the contractor without extra cost of the department.
