Providing services for operation of water supply installation from 0600 to 2200 hours at NAY (K) Garuda pump house consisting of fresh water pump sets and valves including monthly maintenance of pumps, valves & all allied equipments and allied works including pumping and distribution of fresh water to entire NAY (K) and Garuda area and carry out minor repair as and when required to all machines / equipments and valves to ensure 100% serviceability of plants and removing grass/surface dressing from surrounding area, including all Sundays and Holidays for operation complete all as specified.

Providing services for operation of 900 Men Pump House round the clock consisting of fresh water pump sets and valves including monthly maintenance of pumps, valves & all allied equipments and allied works including pumping and distribution of fresh water to Virat Block, 900 Men block, Tejas Block and Dhruva block and in living barracks of NIAT and carry out minor repair as and when required to all machines / equipments and valves to ensure 100% serviceability of plants and removing grass/surface dressing from surrounding area including all Sundays and Holidays for operation of water supply installation complete all as specified.

Providing services for operation of fire fighting pump house installation located at 550 Squadron Garuda from 0600 to 2200 hours comprising of following equipments/ machines including testing and operation of valves including monthly maintenance of pumps, valves & all allied equipments and allied works including all Saturdays/ Sundays/ holidays for operation of system as and when required and also to carry out minor repairs/ servicing/ rectification of faults as and when required to all machines/ Equipments and valves to ensure 100% serviceability of plants and removing grass/surface dressing from surrounding area complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Electric driven pump sets 75 HP - 1 No (b) Diesel engine driven set 85 HP - 1 No (c) Jockey pump set 12.5 HP - 1 No

Notes for Serial Item No 1 to 3:- The rates quoted shall deem to be included for the following:- (i) Removing grass from surrounding area of the water supply installation of an interval of fortnightly i.e. twice a month to make sure to cleaning the pump house area. (ii) Provide the cleaning material i.e. Jute for cleaning the pump sets ,phenyl for cleaning the bathroom, broom for cleaning and removing the spider nets from the bottom and corner of the roof/ wall of pump houses /installations. (iii) Clean inside and outside installations by broom daily basis including bathroom by phenyl to maintained hygiene sanitation. (iv) Daily cleaning of floor area and maintaining a good and hygienic sanitation around the installation. (v) All stationery items such as registers, log books etc should be provided by the contractor. (vi) Non providing of operator in a day by the contractor shall invite penalty of Rs 5000/- per day from his due amount. (vii) Minimum qualification for tradesman shall be ITI / ITC qualified Plumber / Electrician / mechanic / Fitter per one in each shift of 08 hours. Any other man power of helper shall be provided by the contractor as per site requirement. Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (ix) Any Servicing material required for operation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

GST LIABILITY It is considered prudent to specify that the GST is included in the rates quoted against items of outsourcing as well as items of repairs/comprehensive maintenance to be paid separately under material and labour’ parts. MONTHLY WAGES Monthly wages shall be paid by the contractor to the workers/labour only online. Proof of statutory deductions in favour of workers/labour shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer in Charge along with RAR/Final Bill for verification. The contractor will be required to submit copy of valid labour licence from the Labour Commissioner within 15 days of commencement of the work BASIC RATE, EPF, ESIC, BONUS, OVER HEAD PROFIT, TAXES & LWC The bidder to quote basic rate, employer's contribution towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF) liability, contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), contribution towards bonus, overhead and profit and labour welfare cess (LWC) separately, as applicable depending upon the manpower requirement. This will create onus on the contractor to ascertain the relevant rates and quote accordingly. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, and levies as applicable including GST as prevailing applicable law. Contractor shall be sole liable for the same.

Material & Labour for attending of breakdown in Fire Detection, Alarm System and Fire Fighting System at INS Garuda Area, detection of nature of defect including carry out minor repairs, loose connection, change of small length of wire as required size to make the machine/equipment functional, opening of switch board / panel board and re fixing the same after necessary repair, etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (a) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the machine functional for minor repair. If replacements of parts / items is required to make the equipment/machine functional the cost of labour and material for the same shall be measured and paid for as " S & F in repairs/ M & L for" under relevant items of this schedule hereinafter. (b) Contract shall run for minimum period as specified and completion will not be issued prior date of completion as mentioned in Work Order No-01. (c) If breakdown shall not be attended & rectified the same day as received by the contractor except rewinding of Motor and other major spares as specified , the recovery will be made @ Rs.1000/- per breakdown per day. And after 15 days of nonfunctional of any machine as specified for any reason the recovery will be made @ Rs. 2000/- per day till the machine operational.

Material and labour for disconnecting of suction and delivery pipe and electric connections, from three phase centrifugal pump sets motor of capacity 75 HP, and dismantling the pump sets complete from the foundation, strip opening the unserviceable motor at site to located the fault and transporting to the local work shop, Strip opening the motor and cutting/removing burnt out winding and rewinding the motor with as per existing original wire gauge super enameled copper wire including high quality 'F' class insulating material with heat resistant sleeves, sealing compound and varnishing and heating the stator upto varnish fully dry and testing the motor at work shop to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Coupled the motor with pump and installed at site as per existing position, Testing the pump set after completion of work complete all as specified and directed.
