M&L precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate as in Manholes cover slab all as directed (reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately) Set in Cm (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 above item but 6 to 8mm dia.

M&L for brick work with Sub class 'B' old sizes burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6.all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, weathering slighly rounded or chamfered angles etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coast of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors/pathway/hardstanding finished even and fair to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick walling in cm (1:4) ,finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and directed.
