Assembling back complete for AC plant capacity, condenser capacity each 50 TR and as directed by GE.

Material and labour for Descaling the condenser, and supply circulating the descaling solution with pump brushing the tubes and wherever required drilling the stubborn sealing without damaging the tubes replacement of gaskets and unserviceable nuts & bolts. Assembling back complete for AC plant capacity, condenser capacity each 50 TR and as directed by GE. Note- Total No of condensers per unit is 4.

Material and labour for cleaning of cooling coil with chemical etc in AHU with standerd quality coil cleaner of capacity 100TR complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labur for Descaling of condenser water tubes by circulating desclaing compound with subsequent roding to achive the overall performance of the plant with 3 Nos condensing unit upto 220 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for Quarterly Maintenance contract for Daikin Chiller Model No- PFS2451DBRY of 3 x 220 TR capacity by OEM with following conditions. 1. 01 no of quarterly maintenance services & All breakdown calls. 2. inspecting entire system for any unusual condition such as noise, vibration etc. 3. check operating presssure and temperatures to ensure proper operating conditions, Evapouaror and condenser, chilled water flow, pressure drop 3. checking the entire system. 4. The Items if required will be measured & paid separately under different Items . The work shall be executed by the contractor through OEM i.e M/s Daikin India Pvt Ltd. Engagement of the OEM in the job shall be through a registered duly notorized MoU signed by the contractor or his authorised representative and the competant authority on behalf of M/s Daikin India Pvt Ltd. Certificate of Competance of the person(s) signing on behalf of the OEM shall also be produced. The MoU shall be produced within 15 Days of the acceptance of the offer. failure to produce MoU within the stipulated period shall render the contract liable to be cancelled for the default of the contractor in terms of condition 54 of IAFW-2249 forming part of tjhe contract. Note: (i) All communication with regrd to the subject item shall be done by the department with the contractor and the contractor shall be responsible to arrange service of the OEM. The department do not hold any responsibility with regard to the contractor's transaction with the OEM and no claim what so ever on this account shall be entertained at a later date. (ii) As per para(d) of E4 letter (as corrected), During break down of plant, Technician from OEM have to attend the plant within 48 Hrs, failing which penalty of Rs 200/- per hour per day be imposed on contractor for the purpose of calculating penalty, eight working hours per day only shall be calculated. (iii) The requirement as provided vide Note No (i) & (ii) above are in addition to fulfilment of the stipulation laid down vide Sch 'A' Note No 24, 24.1, 24.2, 24.3, 24.4 and 24.5 on Sl Page No 16(R) of these tender documents
