To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date of Acceptance of this contract at the rate contained in the afore said MES Schedule 2020 (Part-II) including errata/amendment No 01 to 122 & Sec 30. Contractor to insert rate/percentage in E15 & F15 cell by striking out words not required). If no percentage is offered, Nil shall be deemed to be quoted and such other rates as may be fixed under the provn of condition 62 and further agreed to refer all disputes as required by condition 70 to the sole arbitrator an Engineer Officer to be appointed by HQ Chief Engineer Western Command or in the absence the officer officiating as HQ Chief Engineer Western Command whose decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.
