REPAIR/ MAINT OF SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLES, SEPTIC TANKS, SOAKAGE WELL IN OTM ACCN AND REPAIR TO CERTAIN E/M ITEMS IN SOUTHERN SECTOR AT MIL STN KOTA

Clearing /cleaning of temporarily blocking of existing sewage line (beyond 1st manholes) dia of pipe 100/150mm bore of any description under ground of any depth with suitable wooden plugs/gunny bags and cleaning the same by pumping rodding with wire, rounding or mechanical rodding by jet pressure rodding set mounted on sewage cleaning tractor/trucks and removing the/broken bottles/wastes and other any type of blockage materials from manhole to manhole of sewage pipe lines and including cleaning completely by using fresh water, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor himself arrange all T & P with pressure jetting machine with 5000 Ltrs water tank as required for the aforesaid item. However, rate quoted by tenderer shall deem to be included in the quoted rate.

Note :- The contractor himself arrange all T & P with pressure jetting machine with 5000 Ltrs water tank as required for the aforesaid item. However, rate quoted by tenderer shall deem to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for cleaning of underground sewage line of 150mm bore excavation and breaking & minimum two length and removing blockage laying new pipes rejoining with old pipes including haunching new pipes with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate in all situation where cleaning is not possible also including excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of underground sewage line of 200mm bore excavation and breaking & minimum two length and removing blockage laying new pipes rejoining with old pipes including haunching new pipes with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate in all situation where cleaning is not possible also including excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making arrangment for bypass to nearest manhole or line to keep sewage flow continous providing required necessary T&P such as protable pump set, flexible hose pipe etc., all as required for pump set flexible hose pipe upto 60 meter distance, complete all as specified and directed.

De-sludging and cleaning / clearing of existing manholes (excluding 1st manhole) of any size any shape, exceeding 0.5m but not exceeding 1.00m deep by removing sludge, waste, debries etc from manholes and including cleaning completely by using fresh water & including disposing/ removing of all sludge, waste debries etc will be transported in covered carrier vehicles and dumped out side MoD land wherever approved by local Govt authority, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- During desludging & cleaning manholes of existing sewage line necessary arrangement for continuous flow of line through bypass system by pump/Municipal corpon truck, tractor for avoid blockage of all line and rate for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for clearing/cleaning of temporarily all blockage of WC, Bath, Kitchen, WHB, Traps, soil wast/vent pipe (vertical or laid in trenches/floor of any type/size), existing sewage line upto 1st manhole pits and 1st manhole of any section/depth/any situation by way of cleaning /dislodging manholes by using any type of manualy or mechanically or by way of any other suitables means & including foreign materials from manholes, traps, pits where required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and keeping the sewage system upto 1st manhole functional in perfect condition & including final drop out from upto 1st manhole (working in final condition with taking precautationary measures equipment shall be provided as required or applicable) complete all as specified and day to day directions of Engineer in Charge. Note :- (i) The contractor shall be rectified all complaints on daily basis even on sunday and holiday to attend emergency complaints alongwith requisite T & P as required for Job. No extra payment shall be admissible for working on Sunday/Holiday. (ii) Labours (Safaiwala/sweeper) provided under this item shall exclusively by deputed on the work for cleaning of blockage as described in this item. The persons to be depolyed for this item shall not be deputed for any other work mentioned in BOQ. (iii) Each and every complaint shall be rectified within 24 hours of handing over of complaint slip, failing which a panel recovery of Rs. 50.00 per complaint for each 12 Hrs shall be imposed on the contractor which shall be recovered from any dues of contractor outstanding with the department. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account in future. Complaints Register shall be maintained by the Contractor and will be put up daily basis to the Engineer-in-Charge for verification.

M & L for taking out/cleaning of contaminated sewage water including accumulated sludge in any form and other forgien materials etc viz sediment sand ash, grease, fibre roots or vegetation etc from existing septic tanks of any capacity/size including inlet/outlet chambers by manually or by mechanically eqpt or by way any other suitable means and cleaning by using fresh water completely as directed and including removing sludge will be transported in covered carrier vehicles and dumped out side MoD land wherever approved by local Govt authority, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The septic tank shall be dewatered first and cubic contents of remaining sludge shall only be measured. However, rate quoted by tenderer shall deemed to be included in the quotated rate.
