Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor FRLS cable single core 1.5 Sqmm for one light point controlled by one way switch, and wire to be drawn in and including PVC heavy duty casing capping 20/25 mm width complete with all accessories including MS sheet metal 1.2mm thick switch board or PVC rectangular switch board of suitable size be fixed flush wall wherever it damaged, with 3.0 mm thick ebonite sheet cover and brass screws, cap washers etc or to be fixed on wall respectively including etc or to be fixed on wall respectively as directed by Engr -in Charge and providing earth continuity wire using PVC insulated, unsheathed Single core stranded/solid copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm FRLS for light point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 2 above but for one Fan /Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 2 above but for one Three pin socket outlet 5 amp on independent board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 2 above but for one socket outlet 15 amp on independent board with 2.5 Sq. mm cable and 1.5 Sq.mm. earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 2 above but for One three pin socket out let 5 Amps on the same board with other switches with cables 1.5 sq mm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 2 above but for call bell/buzer ponit controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 2 above but one light point controlled by two 2-way switches, with cables 1.5 sqmm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs Ceiling rose, 3 phase / PVC / Polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc as required complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Make -Anchor/ Leader/ SKK.

Taking down Ceiling fan/exhuast fan, sealing cable end dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store for refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for repair of Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep of any make obtained from above item, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire, baking, casting, assembling, oiling, greasing cleaning slot, over hauling & replacement of defective capacitor, nut bolts washer etc including painting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repair of Exhaust fan of any sweep of any make obtained from taking down, rewinding with super enamelled copper wire, baking, casting, assembling, oiling, greasing cleaning slot, over hauling & replacement of defective capacitor, nut bolts washer etc including painting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs capacitor 2.5 MFD suitable for ceiling fan / exhaust fan of any sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs Batten holder ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement LED bulb of 9watt,6500K complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs MCB SP ‘C’ curve, 10KA 6 to 32 amps including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs MCB SPN ‘C’ curve, 10KA 40 to 63 amps including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable copper/aluminium sub main wiring any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M/L for sub main wiring with two single core stranded copper conductor PVC unsheathed in and incl non metalic PVC conduit 20mm dia medium Grade surface/recessed 2-RUN of 4.00 Sqmm FRLS cable incl one RUN of 2.5 Sqmm FRLS single core stranded cable for continuous earth wire and connected to earth dolly on sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 28 above but 2x6.00 Sqmm FRLS cable incl one RUN of 4.0 Sqmm single core stranded cable for continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down unserviceable Main switch/DBs any type/any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of MCB DB made of sheet steel phos phatised, powder painted with bus bar, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail , 240 Volts SPN with 8 way single door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 amp complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F tape roll 25 mm wide 20 mtr long complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs radiance ray plus LED batten for home 2400 lumens cool day light 24 watt ,operating voltages:140-270 volts environmentalfriendly,energy efficient ready to use pack complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Crompton cat part No:LDRR24-CDL or equivalent make as approved by AGE(I) R&D Jodhpur)

S&F in replacement LED light fitting 1X20 Watt AC decorative box type with driver ,holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED lumanaire 600mm X600 mm 35/36 watt 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver ,holder & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make Bajaj/CG/Havell/philips.

Supply & Fixing in replacement LED light fitting 1x10 W Bulk Head lumanaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:Bajaj/Crompton /Havells.
