Surface preparation for painting:- 1) Removing the existing white or colour wash by scrapping, sand papering on complete building etc., 3) High pressure machine Jet wash complete building and make it dry. 4) Crack up 2mm-filling with crack seal.Cracke above 2 mm- filling with PU sealent by making V groove 5) Repair of damaged plaster surface ( will be paid in respective item) 5)cleaning the surface throughly before applying paint. 6)Disposal of debris to the dumping ground for all leads , etc., complete as directed. Note :- Boom lifter shall be used for all the Accessable surface preparation work and it will be paid in respective item.

Repair of plaster of thickness up to 20 mm up to 4 story building or 15 mtr with Polymer Modified Cementitious mortar (proportion-Cement 50 kg :Silica 125kg: polymer liquid 10 liters) with necessary bond coat (polymer : cement =1:1 by volume) for tack coat Including cutting the patch in proper shape,curing, raking out the joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the wall, covering the flooring/window with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material cleaning of floor/Window throughly on completion of repair work etc. complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge- aviliable boom lifter to be used for Plastering or Extra scafolding to be done for boom lifter non acess locations.

Supplying & applying of Two coat of elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane of asain paint damp proof advance or Dulux Aquatech Flexible damp proof base coat or equivalent on repainted surface of wall and slabs and to be applied as per manufacture specification. The damp proof shall be appiled after suface preparation as mentioned above complete as specified and directed. NOTE :- Boom lifter to be use for Height works for areas accessible by Boom lifter and item will be measured in relevant item. For Non accessible areas double scaffolding to be erected and same will be paid under relevenat item.

Supplying & applying exterior walls with two or more coats to give even shade using 100% Premium acrylic Smooth waterproof exterior finish emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Dept Tinted) with silicon additives of make asain paint ultmia protek or Dulux Professional weathershield Flexx or any other approved equivalent make, approved shade of exterior quality having 100% acrylic over 2 (Two) coat of damp proof advace of asian paint or Dulux Aquatech flexible dampproof base ( measured in separate item) etc. complete as per Manufacturers Specifications NOTE :- Boom lifter to be use for Height works for areas accessible by Boom lifter and item will be measured in relevant item. For Non accessible areas double scaffolding to be erected and same will be paid under relevenat item.

Painting on exiting wooden/Steel surface with synthetic enamel paint in two or more coats of approved brand of Asian /Dulex or approved equaivalent and manufature of require colour to give an even shed two or more coat on old work

Painting Existing Internal Wall Surfaces with Two (02) coat of Low VOC Acrylic Washable Distemper of approved shade and make from M/s. Asian, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite from approved equivalent over 1 (One) coat of compatable and approved Primer at all heights above Plinth Level up to 10 mtr height including preparing the surfaces, scraping the old surface, filling with approved crack fill and cement putty wherever required, erection and removing of suitable and safe scaffolding,etc. complete all as directed. Note :- Cleaning shall be done though automatic vaccum and scapping machines

Providing and applying white cement based putty of two coat of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall or painted wall surface to prepare even and smooth complete

White washing to walls and ceiling with best quality lime in three coats (using brushes for application) including scaffolding, sand papering, filling crevices with putty and cleaning surfaces etc. complete as specified and directed.

Engaging truck mounted boom lift of 60 feet high to be deployed through out the work order period and all the height work will be taken care by boom lifter Viz- surface preparation, damp proof coating, painting and cleaning , cutting of tree branches, Plastering, Repacing of pipe lines, etc at all heights ( item will be paid in respective item however stagging and any other item will not be consider for payment) , etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Shifting and shuffling of Household materials of Type 1, 2,3 & 4 quarters of colony and covering with plasticcovers for taking up painting work inside the house which is occupied and relocated the material after completion of painting work, cleaning of floor and window, chajja etc complete as instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting of Tree branches of various sizes of a tree by engaging 01 (one) cutting machines along with cutters and labour (Total 2 Nos) for stacking of tree branches as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Hiring of truck mounted boom lifter will be paid seperately under relevant item)

Engaging tractor trolley (trolley capacity not less than 2.85 Cum) along with driver and labour for loading/unloading and transporting cut branches of various girths/vegetation and any other debris from various locations around the residential Blocks of CISF Complex premises within a lead of 03 (three) Km, etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Contractor has to engage 01 (one) Tractor. 2. Minimum 05 (five) labours have to be engaged per tractor excluding driver. Payment will be deducted proportionately for not engaging minimum labour. 3. Minimum 06 (Six) trips shall be carried out by each tractor. Otherwise Payment will be deducted proportionately.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (SDR-11) conforming to IS 15778 of Ashirvad/Supreme or approved make for all heights upto 15 metres (4 Storeys), having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe on exposed/recessed/underground surfaces to correct line, level, plumb using clamps as directed. including removing of existing pipes and fixtures if required, jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, teflon tape, cost of cutting chases wherever required and making good the same with cement oncrete/mortar, cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition including testing of joints at cerain locations complete as specified and directed- Connection with old GI line to new line to be done with brass UPVC fittings

Supplying and fixing following size uPVC UV-Stabilised soil / waste/rain water pipes (conforming to IS 13592) and fittings (conforming to IS 14735) of Grade B laid in floor & on exposed faces of wall of Ashirvad/Supreme make, including removal of existing pipelines , laying the pipe below floor / ground to proper slope and gradient, jointing the pipe with Solvent Cement/Rubber ring gasket, ensuring water-tightness for the pipes laid as per codal provisions, cutting to the required length including short pieces, fittings with & without door, assorted fittings such as plugs, tees, couplers, reducers, cross tees, reducing tees, elbows, bends, cleaning pipe, single & double Y, vent cowl, gaskets, offsets, Tank / WC connectors, cowls, etc, complete as specified and directed. The interconnectin from CI to UPVC to be done with approved fixing arrangment. The work to be done up to 4 story building or 15 mtr height.

Providing uPVC Floor Trap / Nahani Trap of size of 110 X 75mm size of Ashirvad (70001249)/Supreme make conforming to IS 14735 with CP jalli on top, fixing the trap in position and connecting with waste water pipe by cement solvent / as per manufacturer's recommandation, embedding the trap in cement concrete 1:2:4 to correct level and gradient, closing the side inlets with plugs if required etc including removal of old trap all complete as specified and directed

Providing and fixing approved ORRISA PATTERN W.C. of size close to 580mm X 440mm of Parryware /Hindware (Cat no. 20042) or approved equivalent in white glazed vitreous chinaware, with 'P' or 'S' trap, conforming to IS: 2556 with down comer inlet PVC pipe of 32 nb dia, including the cost of removing the existing damaged /broken W.C and also removing of all the loose concrete around in depression area complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing coupled EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET of Parryware make/Hindware or approved equivalent , in white glazed vitreous, with integral 'P' or 'S' trap, Solid plastic heavy quality seat with soft closing lid of approved make and Colour with C.P.brass hinges, conforming to IS: 2548 (Part I & II), including the cost of removing the existing damaged /broken EWC and also removing of all the loose concrete around in depression area complete as specified and directed.

Providing and filling Brick bat (40-60mm) with cement mortar mixed in ratio 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 sand : 6 brick bats) including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement to sunk portions of toilets, Kitchen projection, terraces depressed areas at all levels, locations , heights and lead etc., complete to the entire satisfaction of the EIC further surfaces shall be screeded with (1:1.5:3) cement concrete mix with approved waterproofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement about 20-30 mm thick and fininshed smooth or ready to recive fininsh material as specificed. Note : -a) No deductions shall be made for the areas occupied by pansand other fittings & fixtures. b) entire work shall be carried out a per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC. c) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Appendix 'D' for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treatment in bone dry condition for 5 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages / defects.

Providing chemical based water proofing of M/s Indofil chemicals / New coat of Dr. Fixit as approved over bath / WC brick bat coba & other locations as per the following procedure: a) Applying a coat of Indofil MC-76 mixed with clean water in 1:4 ratio i.e., one part of MC-76 and four parts of clean water over the entire area to be treated including filling of cracks, if any with CM-1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) with waterproofing compound. b) Applying a coat of cement bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement. c) Providing and spreading of polycon based fibrous waterproofing net for entire area of Toilet/Bath including lapping as per manufacturer's specifications immediately after applying bond coat and curing. e) Applying two coats of flex top coats with indofil flexcoat mixed with 85 parts indofil flex coat and 15 parts clean water or applying two coats of Dr.fixit New coat without dilution. Notes:(i) The entire work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. ii) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Appendix 'D' for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treatment in bone dry condition for 5 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages / defects.

Brick work as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of Class Designation 7.5 and above as specified at all height and depths with cement mortar 1:6 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP) : 6 crushed Sand} including raking out joints and simultaneously pointing the joints with the same mortar, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done-Item to be operated when accessbility of Boom lifter is not possible..

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush and cutting 25mm on top and filling the required material etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.-With Material conforming to Grade II (Size Range from 53 mm to .075mm)

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:All kind of soil

Demolishing cement concrete manually by mechnical means including disposal of meaterial outs side the building and up to 50 mtr away up to 4 story building. As per direction of Engineer Incharge.
