Supply, Making and Fixing of FRP Gas domes in Reactor-1 at Ajith Singh Nagar 20MLD UASBR STP in VMC.

Supply of Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) sheets of approved variety and thickness for making new gas domes including cutting to size at work spot, protective packaging, transport, unloading at site, handling, temporary storage at site, sundries, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities.

Labour charges for repairs to damaged FRP Gas domes of required dimensions using FRP sheet, including fabrication, cutting, bending, forming into dome shape, edge finishing, sealing, fixing arrangements, adhesives/fasteners and other required materials, hire charges of tools, labour charges, lifting arrangements including cost of all consumables and sundries, testing and handing over etc., complete as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities.

Supply and fixing of 54mm ODPipe - SDR 13.5 UPVC Pipe as per SCH-40 Grade to meet the requirement of ASTM-D 2846 for hot and cold water (IS 15778:2007) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for fixing, overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work at all floor levels as directed by the departmental authorities.

Supply and fixing of Premium make UPVC Hose Pipe Nippal of approved size including cost and conveyance of materials to site etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.
