Taking out existing cable of following sizes from Junction boxes/overhead lines/LT Panels/Poles/PCC Coping and cut out the worn out/burnt portion of cable, extend the cable from loop including excavation and re-fixing the same after providing new lugs using crimping tools, providing heat shrinkable end termination joint of suitable size as required and as directed by Enr-in charge:-

Note :- (i) Aluminium lugs, LT end Jointing Kits, Cable protection Pipe, Excavation, Returning Filling, Removing, Sand and PCC copying of poles if required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Taking out old Bricks/cover will be re-used as cable protection. (iii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting and removing the pole coping and inserting the cable alongwith protection pipes.Repairs of PCC coping shall be measured and paid saperatly.

Comprehensive maintenance of 16 mtr HIGH MAST LIGHT of any make any model fitted with any type of fixing arrangement by checking and servicing of all Electrical, mechnical and structurer components and make serviceable as following :- (i) Remove any unwanted elements such as bird nests, remove debris from around and inside the light pole; remove critter guard and remove any debris and restore critter guard; Mow, weed remove and tree trim as required; remove any soil buildup from around the pole, (ii) Check handhole cover and bolts, tighten and/or replace as required. (iii) Ensure light tables are able to be latched fully into place and functioning properly (iv) Ensure light tables are able to be latched fully into place and functioning properly (v) Check gear box for seal leakage (vi) Check the transisitional yoke and cables for corrosion (vii) Check lift cables for frayed strands (viii) Repair or replace latch system reflectors as required (ix) Test lowering devices and fully operate to fully down position (x) Repair or replace/rewinding electrical motor of high Mast,LED flood light, aviation obtruction light & AVIATION OBSTRUCTION LIGHTS, Timer switch: if unserviceable. (xi ) Check pole cable insulation and connections for rust and cracks and replace if found unserviceable Note :- Spares Such as LED flood light, Cable, rewinding of electric motor etc under Comprehensive Maint should be measured and paid Seprately ."
