Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5Mtr in depth & getting out of soft/lose soil for taking out pipe & laying of pipe & getting out for diverting of CI pipe line complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well remming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Factory made ISI marked un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover of PCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1, conforming to class LV, flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm, laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Replacement of pin type insulator, composite/polymer one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut, for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified.

Replacement of pin type insulator, composite/polymer one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut, for 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified.

Stay assembly complete with GI stay rod 20 mm dia 1800 mm long, MS plate 230x230x6 mm, stay bow,loop insulator, PCC 1:3:6, connecting bracket of suitable MS flat and nut bolt washers etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part-1 including taking out old stay assembly.

Dismantling of insluator of any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for servicing of two pole structure complete including replacement of unserviceable jumpers with PVC 50 Sqmm aluminium cable single core , vice type connectors, bolts nuts washers connecting lugs/thimbles knife contacts, applying petroleum jelly to the moving as well as fixed contacts tightening all the connections for its smooth functioning and preparing the old painted surfaces of the structure such as poles, cross arms, bracing and supports clamps back plates complete painting of two coats of anticorrosive aluminium paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer and providing yellow and black paint from the ground level all as directed at site by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - No extra payment will be made for the spares required to keep the installation in satisfactory functioning through out the contract period other than given in the schedule.

M & L for repair/replacement of earth pit cover with pre moulded cast iron eart pit cover 300mm x300mm x 50mm , provision of funnel, wire mesh necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil as earth pit complete all as specified and directed

Supply and erection in truely vertical position steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters) with 300 mm x 300 mm x 6 mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to poles, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface after erection including taking down of old unserviceable existing pole any size any type ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pole painting with two coats of black bituminous paint externally through out for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface of existing pole any size any type ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of Cable junction box of size not more than 250x150x75 mm with 6 Amp MCB SPN and bus bar fixed along the wall/pole without removing and preparation of surfaces for painting externally. Painting the cable junction box complete externally by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour , complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for laying earth continuity conductor GI Strip 32 x 6 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for direct/loop earthing with proper PVC/Porcelain insulator etc all as specified and directed .

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm grade aggregate) as in coping including all necessary form works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

GI tubes galvanised iron light grade 40 mm bore laid in trenches/across roads/alongwith walls/poles as protection to cables and including taking down of old unservicable GI tubing,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC conduit pipe 25mm dia heavy duty secured to poleswith necessary clamps and fitting such as bolts, nuts fixed in repairs all as specied and as directed

S & fix in replacement GI pipe 40 mm bore, light grade, 1.50 metres long, bent to shape required as in street light brackets, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable size MS clamps, nuts & bolts complete, all as specified and as directed.

Sheet metal enclosure for DB’s, single door single pole and neutral, 240V, 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar including blanking plates where required, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of Top up transformer oil of die electric strength not less than 40 KV at 4 mm gap conforming to relevent IS complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Disconnecting LT connection from the Transformer and transporting to workshop for repairs and shifting the transformer back to existing two pole structure of 100 KVA and connecting up complete (The rate included the rates fixing arrangements, any type of clamps, connection meterial as anything required at site) (Any type of damage of transformer while shifting will be the responsibility of contractor)

Note :Deduction for amount of Rs 76,803.00 as listed in Schedule A Part - II ( Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
