Surface preparation Laitance and deposits on concrete floors are preferably removed by light grit/shot blasting, mechanical scarifying or grinding and cleaning by wire brushing etc to remove all dirt,oil etc to achieve an open textured surface. Grooves are to be cut with a depth of 6 mm for providing anchoring towards the concrete surface, the grid size of the groove cutting to be provided with size of 3x3m. Cost shall include treatment of construction and control joints filling as per manufacture's specification and direction of Engineer In Charge. Any imperfections in the concrete shall be treated with suitable epoxy/ polyurethane system as per manufacture specification which is included in the specification. Polyurethane concrete topping, 3 mm thick- multicolour Providing and applying polyurethane floor topping at a thickness of 3mm (Scratch coat -1mm , top coat -2mm). A forced action rotary paddle mixer is recommended for mixing the product. Topping applied over a scratch coat of 1mm to the designated area and shall have smooth matt finish. Finishing works include line marking if needed. Debris should be dispose outside CYBERPARK, in an unobjectionable way including cost of necessary labour, transport all as directed by Engineer In Charge.
