GRASS CUTTING AND DESILTING OF DRAINS AT AF STATION BIDAR

Grass cutting on shoulder of the Run way taxi tracks, over run area and adjacent areas as necessary including cleaning away all grass, vegetation sapling, shrubs, bush weed, undergrowth, roots, trees not exceeding 20 cm girth and removing rubbish etc., complete to a distance of 1.00 to 1.50 KM from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (i) Cutting and trimming of grass above ground level using mechanical grass cutter machine with operator and manual labour as per requirement of authorities of AF Station Bidar and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Minimum 4 Nos of heavy duty petrol bush cutter (Grass cutting machine) having minimum daily output of 5000 sq m grass cutting per day is required along with operator.

All as per Serial Item No 1 here-in-above, but grass scrapping and de-rooting the vegetation / Grass, creepers along the lights of runways complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with Grade 'C' solid block, exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kg f / Sq cm laid in trenches / weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete of 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates etc. including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even in external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for roof /chajja padding including removal of debris outside MD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in drain cover slabs, including cutting reinforcement and similar work complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour, for providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab set in CM 1:6 including necessary form work. Note : Reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour, for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for handle, rungs and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, as in cover slabs all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing existing RCC cover slabs on drains, of any size and re-fixing the same in position and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Mode of measurement shall be centre line of drain.

De-silting of drains not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in loose soil, removing the same to a distance of 1.5 km and not exceeding 5 km, and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.
