Dismentling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floor including base concrete and including stacking of dismentled material as directed by the engineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meter (200 feet)

Disposal of dismentled material (Ballast, kankar,coal , gritt or sand ) upto 5 km with cartage including loading unloading at dump site

Cement Concrete with 4cm gauge approved Stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proporation of 12:6:1 inculuding supply of all materail labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion.

M-150 brick work in 1:4 with one cement and four course sand mortar in foundation and plinth (Substructure) inculuding supply of all meterials,labour and T&P etc.reuired for proper complete of work.

12mm thick plaster in 1:4 with one part cement and four part of approved coarse sand mortar including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Cement Concrete with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proporation of 4:2:1 but with 2 cm gauge stone grit instead of 4cm gauge stone ballast including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 4cm gauge approved grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and lits bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work binding wire of supplied bu the contractor free of cost.
