SCHEDULE 'A'

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc 50m but n exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point as in soil complete as specified.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified

Material & labour for Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber 200 mm thick in layers complete.

M & L for 15cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, (each layer of 7.5cm thick laid & compacted separately) with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to a required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or by using mechanical blower to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumin) at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam with 4 % binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic (SDAC) concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in kerbs set in cement mortar 1:6 with plain fair faces,including chamfers,weatherings,throating etc., complete all as directed.

Supply and laying Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 450 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in foundation ,sub base all as specified

M&L for walling of precast PCC solid block masonary in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 built in CM (1:6) bonded and solidly hearted all specified.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1(using 20mm graded aggregate ) in coping, channels necessary form work and finishing of exposed surfaces of concrete as specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work.or concrete surfaces finished fair and even

M & L for three coats of white wash on new plastered surfaces for walls including necessary preparations etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hard core (broken stone or boulders) of guage n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L sand filling under inter locking tiles including watering and consolidation

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade

M & L for PCC in (1:3:6) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in Sub base etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as cover slabs and similar work: not exceeding 200 mm thick(Horizontal or sloping with rough finished surfaces of concrete

M & L for form work to edges and sides of slabs such as cover slabs and similar work: not exceeding 200 mm thick(Horizontal or sloping with rough finished surfaces of concrete

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spirally for column & hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in cover slabs complete all as directed.

M&L 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, of any length laid as in trenches, floor, weep holes all as specified.

Supply and laying Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, 150 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars

Material and labour for painting centre line arrow dashes letters etc not exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with retro reflective thermoplastic roads marking paint not less than 2mm thick of approved make applied with machine as per manufacturers instruction including preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.
