Supply delivery of Eccentric design short body type electrically gear operated double flanged 300 mm dia CI butter fly valve generally conforming IS 13095 having body ,disc and end cover in CI IS210 GR FG 260 EPDM rubberface ring secured on disc by SS AISI 304 , Retaining ring with SS410valves suitable for aworking pressure of 10kg/sqcm seat test and body tested to 15kg/sqcm.flanged drilled to IS 1538. Valves are operated by suitable actuator having inbuild reversal starter, encloser IP68, Output speed 360 RPM, Max torque 152 NM, Motor 0.720 KW,415 V, 3PH . Valves are complete with 1.5 mtr SS AISI 410 extension spindle and CI head stock.

Supply delivery of 1.5 sqmm ,12 core ,1.1KV XLPE insulated Copper Ar cable as per IS7098 (PT I) .

Supply of PVC pipes & fittings (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). (A) PVC Pipes Exposed Work 50mm dia and Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core

Rectification of existing MCC with supplying ad on PLC, contact block, Relay base of PLC , Relay 24 V,SMPS, control wire, screw, socket, nut ,bolts, insulating tape etc as required ,Rates are including all incedental charges finish work up to satiesfection of EIC.

Supply delivery of out door type GI/MS fabricated sheet steel cubical encloser box with supporting MS angle and lock and key arrangement for enclosing of above supplied actuator as per direction of EIC.

Shifting the existing valve chamber RCC top cover then Installation of above supplied electrically gear operated double flanged CI butter fly valve by cutting existing pipe line as per requirement ,loosened the nut, bolts,shifting dismantling joints, tale piece, cutting valve chamber floore PCC for proper allignmnt of valve with pipe line by supporting lifting arrangement, an fitting complete valve with supply delivery of good quality 4 nos gasket, titon , 24 nos nut bolt, washer( as required) etc as required. Fitting the extension spindle and CI head stock at proper level with supplying supporting MS angle , channel of above the top cover of valve chamber including installation of actuator and cubical encloser. Rates are including of all masonery work complete good mending including all incedental charges to finish work up to satiesfection of EIC.

Testing commisioning the whole auto operation of valve actuater with existing Rectified PLC controlled MCC feeder on completion of erection , the system shall be given a run of 30 days with synchronising OHR filling and distribution to ascertain mechanical and electrical stability.
