MAINT / REPAIR OF HIGH TENSION DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INCLUDING MAIN RECEIVING STATION , RMUs, VCBs, TRANSFORMERS AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF MASIMPUR MIL STATION INCLUDING OTHER LOCATION AT KUMBHIGRAM AND SILCHAR UNDER GE SILCHAR.

Inspection, testing servicing & overhauling of HT VCB 11 KV 800Amp Indoor type of make Crompton Greaves/Pascal installed at MRS,Masimpur, Kumbhigram taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling/servicing and its testing on full load complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, insulation tape compound, A-grade greasing and oiling of moving parts and refixing the same in exsting VCBs and panels and make in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Servicing shall be carried out through representative / authorised Service Engineer of authorised OEM only and test report shall be submitted in duplicate copy. (iii) New parts will be measured and paid separately at supply only rate under relevant items of Schedule/ BoQ, and cost of replacement of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(iv) Inspection,testing servicing & overhauling shall comprise of the following all as directed by Eng-in- charge :- (a) Preliminary inspection of 11 KV VCB for any defects. (b)Testing of CTs:- (i) IR test (ii) Ratio test (iii) Winding resistance test (c) Testing of PTs:- (i) IR test (ii) Ratio test (iii) Polarity test. (d) Servicing of MV Switch gear panels :- (i) Cleaning panel (ii) checking the condition of support insulators and other accessories (iii) IR test (iv) HV test. (e) Testing of VCBs :- (i) IR test (ii) Timing test. (iii) CRM test (iv) HV test (f) Replacement of spares. (g) Relay testing and calibration
