Centrifugal Pumping Machinery LWSS Kasba Bharoon at Node 2-3(Booster stage i/c automation :- Supply of horizontal spindle,horizontal/radial split casing and suction (backpull out arrangement) single/ double / multistage centrifugal pumps or combination of pumps in series /parallel of KSB/Mather & Platt/Jyoti/Kirloskar/BE/Maxflow/Beaconweir/Sabar make conforming to BIS: 5659-1970 (latestwith upto date ammendments) read with BIS: 9137-1978 (latest edition) suitable for lifting water of under mentioned charactristics with impellers of bronze/suitable alloy, priming funnels,casing ring & shaft sleeves of bronze/ suitable alloy, shaft of sutable steel grade with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a common C.I. / Cast steel base plate (base plate to be from the principle manufacturer of pumping set) to slippering/squirrel cage screen protected drip proof electric induction motor of Kirlokar /NGEF/Crompton / Siemen /Jyoti /BHEL /GEC( Marrathon) /ABB conforming to BIS: 325-1978 read read with BIS: 900-1968 (latest with upto date ammendments) It should include the cost of bearings, nuts & bolts,painting etc. and shall be suitable for operation as per data given below.

Discharge required from each pump = 3.78 LPS

Location of the site of inatallation of machinery = the site is located at a distance of 25.00 kmts from Ranital Railway station by road & 0.3 KM on head load ( for the installation of both machineries.)

The Altitude of installation. The altitude of place is 200 mtrs above MSL,Type of current. AC Three phase supply with, Rate Voltage Voltage 415+ 10% , Type of water and its source Clear water from collection tan, Charactristics of water.- , a) Ambient Temperature dig.c 20 dig. Supply , Installation commissioning and testing of fully automatic LT pannel for Centrifugal pump made out of 16 gauge sheet podwer coated dust and vermin proof wall mounted and front opening door type switch board with copper insulated wiring suitabe to operate 2 Nos pump of rating 20 HP automatically through variable frequency drive starter, Starter should be capable to handle all the faults like short circuit, over current, under current, over voltage, under voltage, dry pump protection. It should get on and off command automatically from PLCX and HML. Monitoring and controlling of pump running and tripping status should be monnitored ad controlled remotely through IOT enabled device. Access should be give to 3 unsers, make Aarmonation Electric Private Limited, MAS,ELLWS. complete in all respect.

Veriable frequency drive starter of 20 HP Heavy duty for smooth start and smooth stop of pumps and for the energy conservation in the system. It should be capable to control the frequency of pump through out the operation and also should be capable to maintain the power factor of the system within acceptable limits. It should have ambiient temperature 50 Degree without derating and have conformal coating class 3C2, so that it can work in any harsh environment like moisture etc. make Aarmation Electric Private Limited/MAS/E:LLES complete in all respect.

Multi function meter including different parameters like current, voltage, KwH, PF,THD etc with 485 communication make L&T/Conserve/Siemens.

MCB /MCCB suitable capacity of L&T/Standard make on the coming feeder for pumping set confirming to BIS 2516-1985 ( Latest edition) with neutral linked under voltage release.

Three phase indicating lamps complete with logged switches for individual motors conforming to BIS 3452 ( Part I & II ) latest with upto date ammendments.

Incommer MCCB with for proper short circuit capable for both the starters make L&T/Schnieder/ABB .

On/Off indicator and push button, Control and power wiring, power capacity ,, cooling fan 230 VAC , Control terminal, Bus bar, i.e. Bolt insulator etc.

Input Choke which should be installed at the input of VFD starter, so that threre should be proper protection in case of any voltage surge and distortions in single.

Control Transformer to safeguard the control circuit of all the components from the voltage surges and spikes.

Output contactors in the output of VFD to run the pump

Transportatin and carriage charges for pannel till site.

Programmable logic controller with appropriate digital and analog inputs and outputs to give automatic command to star delta and also will get data from function meter for current, voltage, KWH, PF and THD, make Mitsubishi/L&T/delta.

HMI 7" display with IOT to give on and off command manually and also to show pump running and breakdown status at pump sttion make Wientek/Exor/Mitsubishi/Mecon.

Supply of software with license to monotor data at Laptop/Mobile in form of software and Mobile Application for 3 users.

Level Sensor to indicate the water level of tank remotely.

Cloud Gate/Way for date cluding to server.

Cabale for communication for water level Sensor.

Installation and commissioning.

Providing and fixing of double flanged cast steel Sluice valve heavy size one dia higher than pump size to delivery pump class ASA 150 of Kirloskar/Kilburn/Leader make conforming to BIS latest with upto date ammendments having seat pressure 21 Kg/cm2 complete in all respect.

Supply of Kirloskar/Kilburn/ Leader make Cast steel class double flanged ( swing check type) reflux valve having by pass arrangement class ASA 150 conforming to relevants BIS 1868-API-600 latest edition) to be provided on delivery side) of size one dia higher than the delivery size of pump and should be suitable for with standing nominal seat pressure 21 Kg/Cm2.

Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex/ Grandlay/ Gloster make conforming to BIS:1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered(one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment /accessories such as thimbles ,flexible pipe, solder, nuts & bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

On supply side of 3½ core coper cable 16.00 mm^2 ( From HPSEB Meter to Switch & Starter).

On motor side 3 core flat joint less copper cable of size 10.00 mm^2 ( From Switch & Starter to Motor) pump installed in the P/well.

Supply & errection of floor/wall mounted power shunt capacitor conforming to BIS 2834-1986 latest with upto date ammendments of GEC/Siemen/ Havells L&T make to raise the prevailing power factor at site to 0.95 for direct connection to induction motor individually of requirement KVAR according to 100 BHP of motor offered including cable Siemens/Gloster/ICC make from busbar chamber to capacitor & also including Standard/ L&T/Kilburn/Indo asian make ICTP switches conforming to BIS 4064- 4064-1978 or latest with HRC fuses. (range to be specified by the tenderer).

Supply of standarad make 50 mm dia circular/square dial pressure gauge of suitable range Fiebeg/Bourden/ Precision make with all accessories such as stop cock,copper tubing etc. conforming to BIS 3624-1987 latest with up to date ammendments.

P/L G.I./MSERW pipe considering site requirements and having appropriate size in accordance with the delivery size of pumping set . The pipe shall conform to relevant BIS codes & capable of with standing the feild test pressure equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure including all type of fittings such as bends, tapers/ reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mmthick, nuts & bolts and any other fitting required at site and work shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The pipe material shall conform to relevant BIS Code and capable of with standing FTP equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure the complete arrangement shall compromise of

Suction Pipe 65 mm dia = to be specified by the Tenderer

Delivery pipe 65 mm dia = to be specified by the Tenderer

Common header = 65 mm dia (GI pipe)

NOTE:- Actual laying to be done as per final drawings to be approved by the Engineer in charge

Providing double loop earthing with copper plate 600x600x3mm thick electrode and copper strip 25x3 complete including providing of material such as charcoal, common salt, GI pipes, thimbles, nuts and bolts, digging of pits, GI wiring and 20x3mm copper strips of required capacity conforming to BIS: 8034-1978 latest with up to date ammendments for above motors and other electrical equipment's ( For both machineries)

Errection of all equipments including cost of tees, bends tapers & any other fittings required as per site conditions & as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
