Disconnecting transformer from exishting location by removal of HT and LT cable connection and shifting of transformer from one location to another inside the permises of air force station Jodhpur, of capacity upto 500 KVA including reconnecting at new location including all accessories and T&P complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the existing transformer by removal of HT and LT cable connection of capacity upto 400 KVA from premises of air force station jodhpur including removal of transformer from sub station bldg to CPH store, transformers shall be transported by suitable vehicle carefully without damage and deposited the same to MES store complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacment of out door type LT Feeder Pillar box (Kiosk) of size not less than (L) 60 cm x (W) 45 cm x (H) 45cm made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet (CPRI approved) with openable Front door including locking arrangement, with and inluding Copper Busbar 400 amps rating and one MCCB 250 Amps, 04 pole, 25 KA thermal magnetic adjutable type for incoming and fixed on angle iron 40x40x6mm frame of suitable size and embedded in PCC plinth 45x45x60mm made of PCC 1:4:8 type D-1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GI earth strip 32mm x 6 mm, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with cast iron frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 40 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The rate of above Item includes the cost of earth lead and GI protection pipe up to 7.5 Metres. GI strip beyond 7.5 Metre shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material & labour for boring of horizontal holes under road pavement, hard standing manually with suitable tools, with and including 100 mm bore HDPE protection pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out for foundations/laying of cable etc all as specified and directed including taking out existing cable protection stone patti cover etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for stone slab 40 mm to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 cm to 30 cm wide and not less than 50 cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
