SPECIAL REPAIR TO FIRING RANGE AT NCB AND WATER PROOFING OF STORES COMPLEX BUILDING (P-106) AT NAVAL BASE

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete including removing debries ouside MD land all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC type M-30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttressescomplete all as specified and as directed

M&L for form work to sides of columns, walls, square, rectangular, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia but in stirrups.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Squared rubble walling with Porbandar stone masonary in CM 1:6 brought to courses, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as specified or as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of Porbandar stone masonary surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coatsof 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint havingVOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance asper IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including primingcoat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying stone free soil brought from outside MD land and compacted at a slope of 40 degree in front of butt wall in uniform thickness including watering,spreading and levelling complete all as directed by Engr -in-Charge

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced)

M&L for Hard core of broken stone or boulders of guage N. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layeres N. exc. 150 mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, as in below sub base, plinth protection and ramp complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Moorum / red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layeres N. exc. 150 mm thick, spread, levelled and reammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B-2, 1:2:4 by using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base complete all as specified and directed .

Demoiliton of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, roof, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any cement mortar and rubbish off the premisess complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down old roof treatment of any description including plaster, old APP membrane sheet etc. all upto mother slab, cleaning throughly and removing old material outside MD land exc 1Km and not exceeding 5 Km completely all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for china mosaic tiles water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying 25mm thick cement mortar of ration 1:4 per Sqm over application of white cement and SBR chemical applied surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) Fixing of chips of china mosaic tiles over cement screed as per intructions of fixing of chips (c) Filling of joints of chips with cement slurry fixing of tiles with wood. (d) Cleaning of surface and ponding with water for 7 days complete in all aspects required at site.
