WATER TREATMENT PLANT (WTP) Design, construction, testing & commissioning of 0.50 MLD capacity Water treatment plant at Water Works Butana Kundu including inlet channel, Alum dozing, Flash mixing, Clarifloculator, filter box, over head Reservoir for back wash, waste water tank including all civil work, pumping machineries and electric cabling, control panels, entire piping network of suitable size DI pipe from S & S Tank to Pump chamber, raw water pump to inlet box of WTP, WTP to CWT & Suction Well for CW including DI specials, suitable size Sluice valves, Hodies, manhole covers, air scour equipment, chemical house including chlorination equipment and arrangement of flow measurement and sand bed complete in all respects as per NIT (Sluice valves of make IVC/VAG) . DI pipe for the work will be supplied by the PHE Deptt. free of cost at Reserve stock Gohana.

Supply & Erection of Horizontal spindle split casing type pumping sets of following duties directly coupled to AC squirrel cage induction type motor with accessories as described in Schedule No. II complete in all respect with priming arrangement with complete base frame-Clear Water Pump set : 700 LPM, 40 mtrs head (12.50 BHP) with squirrel cage induction motor 1440RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz of Four Star rating (At 1 No. Boosting Station)

Supply and fixing following CI D/F pipe and specials/ sluice valves /non return valves/ bell mouth/Reflex valves including cost of Jointing materials, laying, jointing, in position as per specification given in schedule No.II (A) Detail of pipe and specials (FOR PUMPING MACHINERY and Inlet Outlet Connections of Structures)-(i)- CI D/F Pipe 150mm i/d

Supply erection, testing of I.S.I. marked copper wire for 4 Nos. motors with under ground system in PVC and flexible pipes copper wire 6 sq.mm complete in all respect with accessories like thimble etc. complete in all respects.

Supply erection, testing of ISI marked copper wire for motors with under ground system in PVC and flexible pipes copper wire complete in all respects with accessories like thimble etc. (Transformer to Main Switch/Panel Board) - 35mm sq 3 core

Supply erection, testing of ISI marked copper wire for 1 No panel boards from main switch to panel and wiring of panel with size 10 sq.mm (copper wire) ISI marked complete in all respects with accessories like thimble etc. complete in all respect. - 10 mm sq 3 core

Providing and fixing Ceilling fan 1400mm (56") with speed adjuter of reputed make (Make Crompton, Usha, Bajaj, Orient) complete in all respect.

Prov. & fixing MS sheet cover frame of having size 2'x2' with having 50"x50"x6" Tee Angle of with cutting, jointing & Cement concrete with painting complete in all respect.

Prov. & fixing LED Light 100 Watt with GI pipe with nut & bolt make havells complete in all respect.

Prov. & fixing Flow meter with Electronic display on delivery pipe inside pump chamber complete in all respect.

Design, Supply & Erection of copper wound outdoor type Transformers of required KVA as mentioned below on load tap changer or suitable capacity on higher side of standard make outdoor type, VCB Panel, G.O. Switch, H.T. Metering Panels, alongwith APFC Panels for each Transformer, 11KV Substation, entire cable network from G.O. Switch to H.T. Metering equipment and from H.T. Metering to Transformer Main to L.T. Panel, Earthing, safety equipment and any other contingent thereto complete in all respect as per DNIT and getting it passed from Chief Electrical Officer including operation & Maintenance of 5 Years (1 No. Transformer 20 KVA)

Operation & Maintenance Operation & Maintenance for complete scope of work mentioninthe DNIT (Disinfection material supplied by the PHED) as per schedule –IV for a period of 5 years after 12 months during defect liability period 3 month trial run (will be charfed to the A/ mtc estimate) - Operation and maintenance during defect liability period (Operation only)
