Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc in hard/dense soil and getting out.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Taking up or down existing old GI tubing including connections from trenches/walls/floors/ceiling, etc and keeping serviceable pipes in safe custody for re-use at same site or other as directed for the following bore of pipes :-

(a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

(d) 40 mm bore

(e) 50 mm bore

(f) 80 mm bore

(g) 100mm bore

Refixing of old serviceable GI tubing in trenches/fixed to wall, ceiling, floor etc including new fittings and cleaning, screwing of old pipes as required at site complete all as specified and directed for the following bore of pipes :-

(a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

(d) 40 mm bore

(e) 50 mm bore

(f) 80 mm bore

(g) 100 mm bore

S&F galvanised steel tubes, medium grade, laid in trenches with all fittings, complete all as specified and directed for the following bore of pipes :-

(a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

(d) 40 mm bore

(e) 50 mm bore

(f) 80 mm bore

(g) 100 mm bore

S&F galvanised steel tubes medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors/ PCC Foundation pillar complete all as specified and directed for the following bore of pipes :-

(a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

(d) 40 mm bore

(e) 50 mm bore

Taking up or down cast iron/DI pipe up to 150 mm bore with connection from trenches, walls, floors etc including removal from site complete all as specified and as directed for size of 150mm bore.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing of DI flanged pipe, K-9 150mm dia pipe inside cement mortar lining and flanged pipe will be of welded on type and flanges should be shrunk on pipe and then welded by using for welding ductile iron complete with suitable Gasket for 150mm dia pipe laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed . following sizes :

S&F, in repairs, Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed for following bores of pipe:-

(a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

(c) 25 mm bore

(d) 40 mm bore

(e) 50 mm bore

(f) 80 mm bore

M&L for horizontal drilling, in any type of soil, using trenchless technology suitable for insertion of 25 to 100 mm bore CI/GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Hoisting, fixing in position and connecting, in repairs, 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) including fixing arrangement for inlet/outlet/over flow and vent pipe of standard size all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, hoisting, fixing in position and connecting, in repairs, 5000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) including fixing arrangement for inlet/outlet/over flow and vent pipe of standard size all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of up to 30 HP Starter Panel fully automatic including replacing the unserviceable items such as contactor, relay complete wiring to make it serviceable in all aspects and refixing the same, connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing valve pit and M&L for construction of valve pit consisisting of 230mm thick, old size brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6), PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregete as in fondation, PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregete in coping/bed, finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) externally, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding three coats of white wash and earth work in any type of soil and including 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mmx40mmx6mm thick angle iron frame ambeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast & handle and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc. complete all as shown on drawing NO TD/2004/26 Sh 1/1 to 1/3 and as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 1350mm x 1000mm x 1200mm

(b) 1535mm x 1500mm x 1200mm

(c) 1050mm x 750mm x 1000mm

M&L, in repairs, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using earth strip of 25x4mm as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions:-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.

Supply and fix in repair of rusted MS nut, bolts with washers of various sizes as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Checking the leakage of pipe of any size laid down in any location and repair the same after excavation and all the necessary items involved, complete all as specified and directed.Note : Excavation, earth work ,and PCC involved included in quoted rate.

M/L providing cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, base for valve pit, making good the road cutting and like, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed

M & L rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface, finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the vegetation including grass, bushes, small trees and all vegetation growth complete including digging out the roof of bushes and small trees around the installation/sump/OH reservoir, valve chamber, including chamber etc filling the rough holes with earth and levelling the surfaces by removing all debris to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed

M&L cleaning of valve pit chamber with sluice valve, pipes etc including replacement of existing wornout/defective gland packing, nut, bolt & washer, etc with new one to make the sluice valve perfectly leak proof including making of flow direction of inlet & outlet pipe line with necessary colour coding with one coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as required and directed by the Engr-in-Charge for the following size :-

(a) 150 mm to 350 mm dia.

(b) 80 mm to 100 mm dia.

S&F, in repair, cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia with flanged ends class PN-1.6 with iron wheel, stainless steel spindle and check nut confirming to IS :780 including all jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc. complete all as specified & directed .

S&F, in repair, cast iron sluice valve 100 mm dia with flanged ends class PN-1.6 with iron wheel, stainless steel spindle and check nut confirming to IS :780 including all jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc. complete all as specified & directed .

S&F, in repair, cast iron sluice valve 80 mm dia with flanged ends class PN-1.6 with iron wheel, stainless steel spindle and check nut confirming to IS :780 including all jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc. complete all as specified & directed .

Opening stuffing box of sluice valve and S&F new Stainless steel spindle with check nut fabricated out of superior quality all as per sample as required at site including replacement of unserviciable rubber gasket, bolts, nuts & washers suitable for following size of sluice valves:-

(b) Bore of pipe 250mm

(c) Bore of pipe 200mm
