Repairs/periodic maintenance of 150 mm dia. foot valve installed on suction by way of extraction of foot valve from their installed position by means of cutting damaged/rusted/worn out bolts The job includes reconditioning of hinges, hinge bolts, weight plate, valve seat, valve body by way of welding, patching, grinding etc. Providing and fitting of rubber insertion cloth replacing the rusted/damaged parts, nuts, bolts, hinges etc. as per requirement, cutting the old damaged/rusted MS bars of strainer and providing and fitting of new MS bars. Re-fitting to suction line and testing on full load at Lift Irrigation Scheme Gangbugh 1st.

Providing and fitting TC-13 coupling set complete for pumping unit along with flexible rubber tyre. Taking dimensions of prime mover shaft and pump shaft at site and then boring the CI coupling halves as per site requirement on lathe machine at workshop. Complete linear and angular alignment of prime mover and pump shafts for smooth operation including providing and fitting of coupling bolts. Tested pumping unit on full load at site at Lift Irrigation Scheme Gangbugh 1st.

Providing and fitting TC-17 coupling set complete for pumping unit along with flexible rubber tyre. Arresting of leakages to the 250 mm dia. mild steel rising main at various spots (05 spots approx. length approx.= 300 cm) at Lift Irrigation Scheme Gundmacher by way of grinding, welding and plugging using 4mm thick MS strips with superior quality welding electrodes at site including minor manual earth excavation to facilitate welding at pipe bottom. The above job includes cost on account of charges for transportation, welding set, DG set, labour, head load charges, unforeseen items and all tools and tackles required for completion of job.

Providing and fitting of rubber washers 250mm dia. size (10 no.), 200 mm dia. (10 no.), 150 mm dia. (10 no.), palmative packing (02kg) at Lift Irrigation Scheme Lassipora and Gangbugh.

Urgent repairs to the 1.5 priming pump at site by way dismantling and then providing, fitting of bearings, water seal, check valve, nut bolts, washers etc. assembling and testing of pump at Lift Irrigation Scheme Gundmacher.

Providing of double ended spanner (06 to 32), Double ended chrome plated ring spanner set(06 to 32).
