Construction of Cement Concrete Checkdam - 4 meter span at Changadam Uppan Nada - Lattitude 11°44'51.306", Longitude 75.58'44.436", Altitude - 736 m

60.1.1- RING BUND Type -1 Putting up ring bund as per approved shape 2.5m bottom width, 1 m top width using empty gunny polythene bags filled with earth placed in 2 rows at 0.6m apart and fiilled in between with puddle clay to form bund for an average height 2.00m including labour dismantling the bund after completion of workks.

2.6.1- Earth Work Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and surplus ecxcavated as directed with in a lead of 50 m. All Kind of Soil.

4.1.6 - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All works upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse Sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

4.1.3 - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

4.3.2 - Centering & Shuttering including Strutting, Propping etc. and removal of form work of Retaining walls, return walls (Any Thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

60.7.2 - DR PACKING Under Foundation - Dry stone packing under foundation with good quality blasted rubble including conveyance of material and labour charges etc. complete as per direction of depatmental officers at site

60.3 - Supplyind fixing structural steel channel ISMC 75x40mm for holding shutter planks including cutting, hoisting fixing in position with material and labour charges etc complete.

60.8 - Shutter for checkdam - Supplying and providing Thambakam wood shutter planks 5 cm thick including cost of materials and labour charges etc complete

60.2.2 - Bailing out of water using 5HP Pump - Bailing out water with 5HP engine and pump set including conveyance to site and erection, cost of fuel, lubrication oil and other stores, pay of staff etc. complete

8.2.2.2 - Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity courters, window sills, laches and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand) joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Area of slab over 0.50 sqm
