M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) complete all as specified.

M&L for Non skid Ceramic coloured (colour and shade as approved) tiles, any shape, 7mm to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm and not exc 0.18 sqm as in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles laid over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

All as per item No 09 herein before but as in skirting including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, aprons, etc laid and bedded and pointed in any surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite & laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

M&L for kota stone slabs, 18mm to 20mm thick, machine cut as in flooring of size not less than 0.25 Square metre each, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab laid over & including screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) including rubbing, cutting and polishing (mirror finish) complete all as specified.

All as per item 15 hereinbefore but in one piece as in treads of stair, complete all as specified.

M&L for kota stone slabs, 20 to 25 mm thick, machine cut as in shelf, skirting,steps,dado,pillars etc, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab laid over & including rendering coat of 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including rubbing, cutting and polishing, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any specification and in any position complete all as specified.

M&L for APP based Polymer modified bituminous membrane with sand witched polythene film/non woven polyster reinforcement/polymeric water proofing membrane 3Kg/sqm laid over hot blown grade 85/25@ 1.2kg/Sqm (i.e roof slab cleaned throughly to remove all loose particle dust/dirt particle) shall be laid over entire roof surface and on verticle surface up to grooves (or as per manufacturers recommendation) with over laps of 100mm. The over lap shall be sealed by flames or as per manufacturer instruction. Hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @1.2kg/Sqm applied over the membrane should be compatible with membrane all as recommendation of manufacturers and all as specified and directed.

S&F 40 mm thick brick tiles laid over a layer of 25mm thick mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

All as per item No 93 herein before but using old brick tiles retrieved from dismantling (Item No 96 hereinbefore) including cleaning and removal of mortar from tiles, complete all as specified.
