M&L rendering 15mm thick on walls as well as on sunken floor in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layers on roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 lit per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/Sqm) laid on primed surfaces by forced application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar ( 1:3 ) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 08 above but except tile complete all as specified and directed (Old bricks shall be reused).

M&L 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on roof slab and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. Note : Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in roof padding including mixing water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note. Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Iiquid water proofing compound ISI marked as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Procedure : Providing and applying primer over the prepared surface with Homeshield PU ROOFKOT or Equivalent as approved. Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 16 above but for work on vertical surfaces such as skirting risers to steps etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel water tubing of 15 mm bore including connection and S&F Mild steel GI tubing 15 mm bore medium weight fixed to walls and floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel water tubing of 20 mm bore including connection and S&F Mild steel GI tubing 20 mm bore medium weight fixed to walls and floor complete all as specified and directed.
