Demolishing of Cement Concrete manually/mechanical means including disposal of material with in 50 metres as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge for all heights including the cost of all labours,materials,scaffolding,tools ,plants,transportation (including lead & lift) from site etc complete.

Providing & Fixing 1rst Quality wall Tiles(with high lighter if required) including removing existing /damaged tiles for walls are confirming to:13753(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make like SOMANY,KAJARIA to match with the existing shade/size over 20 mm thk bed of mortar 1:3( 1 cement:3 river( bhugawo) sand and jointing with white cement mixed with colour pigment of matching shade including supply of all labours,materials,transportation,tools& plants and all other charges etc . complete as per standard specification and instruction (direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying china mosaic flooring on terrace using broken pieces of white/colour glazed tiles(with matching colour pigment/white cement) laid over 20 mm or more (as per requirement)thick cement mortar (in 1:4-1 cement:4 coarse sand(bhugavo river))with approved water proofing compound on plain or curved,slope surface to be tampered to bring mortar cement cream up to surface with using white cement for filling of joints roughening of china mosaic is done after( hacking existing cc surface),cleaning,preparing remove loose plaster with wire brush and water and all visible crakes a routed out/making V-Shape groove and then filled with cement and water proofing chemical with cement slurry ,with proper slope/gradient including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants,lead/lift and all other charges etc complete which includes removal of all waste debris from the site (with transportation,lead,lift) for all heights of Staff Qtrs and as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing of cracks for wall surface of Staff Qtr after making U/V-shape groove size of 25x25 mm and then priming the surface with integral crystalline slurry @ 0.05 kg per running meter and while the surface is tacky then filling the groove up to top edge with crystalline mortar @ 1.50 kg per running meter .Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applying two coats of integral crystalline slurry @ 0.05 kg per running meter per coat on treated surface etc complete(with putty finish to match with wall surface) as per instruction & direction of Engineer-In-Charge including cost of all labours,tools,plants,materials,curing etc ,complete.

Plastering/Patch Plaster the exposed surface of concrete(including hacking of concrete surface) / masonry wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 fine bhugavo river sand ) of 15 mm tk or more (neat finish if required) in one layer including making rough the smooth surface( and level the old& new surface),all as directed and (including making of patta,groove,rain drip wherever required )all as per standard specification,including the cost of all materials,labours,tools & plants,scaffolding,transporation, curing etc.as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of Bella stone masonry (for wall/partetions wall ) in cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement:5 river (bhugao)sand) for Pedestal etc for all heights with approved size,shape,thickness of (A1)1rst quality of bella stone, as per drawing & as directed and all as per standard specification, including cost of supply of all labours,materials tools& plants ,scafolding,lead & lift,transportation and all other charges etc.complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying base P.C.C in CC 1:4:8 ( 1cement:4coarse river sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal down size) for concrete work (excluding shuttering) including mixing,laying,compacting,levelling,curing etc.,all as per standard specification and as required,including cost of all materials,tools & plants,labours,lead & lifts and all other charges etc complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse river sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal down size) RCC works for slabs /lintle/chajja '/band /wall(any thickness /raft etc up to floor two level including mixing laying,compaciting,vibrating,levelling,curing, etc.all as per standard speciffication and as required including cost of all materials,tools & plants, labours , transportation(lead & lifts),scaffolding and all other charges etc. complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement and shuttering.

Providing ,Supplying,Straightening,cutting,bending,binding and placing in position tested torr steel reinforcement/TMT bars of Grade Fe 500D of approved quality (TATA TISCON/SAIL/VIZAG)as per drawings and specification & as directed for all heights including supply of all labours,tools,materials(binding wire ,nails) etc.complete.( for staff qtrs ) etc.

Centering and shuttering (with shuttering oil)including strutting,propping etc and removal of form work for all heights including supply of all materials( binding wire,nails),labours,tools & plants,transportation,(lead& lift)scaffolding and all other charges etc.complete for all heights as per Instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old broken glass panels(including Teakwood beading) with new 3.5/4 mm thk frosted /plane window glass panes fixed with clay,pins etc including removing/disposing of old crack/damaged window glass up to all heights of Light House Tower,all as directed and all as per standard specification, including cost of all materials,labours ,tools & plants,scafolding, ,transportation (including lead & lift) etc.complete for all heights.

Applying white washing(three or more coats) with lime to give an even shade over old and existing surface of ceiling/wall surfaces of (inside) buildings etc with best (1rst) quality of approved manufacturer and brand to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust,mortar draps and other foreign matter etc including cost of all labours,materials,scaffolding ,transportation etc at all heights etc complete as per the instruction & direction of Engineer -In-Charge.

Applying Two or more coats of Oil Bound Acrylic Distemper (Asian/Berger/-Readymix-1 quality) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ltr of approved brand and manufacture ,including filling of cracks & holes /primer wherever required ,applying additional coats wherever required,to achive even colour and shade on existing surface of Staff Qtrs/IQ/Power House etc , including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust,mortar draps and other foreign matter etc,complete including cost of all labousr,materials,scaffolding ,transportation etc at all heights etc complete as per the direction of Engineer -In-Charge.

Applying One or more coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved 1 rst quality Berger/Asian brand over existing surface of painted surface for staff qtr door,window,Grill & Gate etc(including filling of cracks /holes with putty-for door/window). to give an even shade including throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt,dust ,mortar draps and other foreign matter etc., including cost of all materials,labours,brushes,transportation,scaffolding and ladder safety measures and all other charges etc.,complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying Two or more coats of weather coat Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved brand & colour of top quality (BERGER(Anti dust)/ASIAN(Apex Ultima)) on old/existing wall surface( excluding coat of primer ) for staff qtrs,Power House, IQ etc. to give an even shade ,all as per standard specification and as directed including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust,mortar draps ,loose paint and other foreign matter including the cost of all labour,materials,scafolding,tools & plants,transporttion (including lead & lift) etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying Two or more coats of weather coat Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved brand & colour of top (1rst)quality (BERGER(Anti dust)/ASIAN(Apex Ultima)) on new wall surface( including coat of primer new surface) at all heights to give an even shade ,all as per standard specification and as directed including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt,dust,mortar draps ,loose paint and other foreign matter including the cost of all labour,materials,scafolding,tools & plants,transportaion (including lead & lift) etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm,of approved brand and manufacturer over the plastered wall surface(old/new) to prepare the surface even and smooth etc complete for all heightsof Lighthouse Tower & staff Qtrs) as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including supply of all labours/painters,tools & plants,materials,scaffolding,transportation and all other charges etc complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper/water proofing cement paint by scrapping,sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete at all heights including cost of all labours,materials,scaffolding,transportation etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Applying cement based primer of approved brand and manufacturer over the existing wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth etc complete for all heights PH & staff Qtrs) as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including supply of all labours/painters,tools & plants,materials,scaffolding,transportation and all other charges etc complete.

Providing and fixing Looking Mirror superior glass (approved quality) complete with 6 thick hard board of Size 450mm x 600 mm with PVC Beading and Hooiking arrangement (with Brass screws/wooden clets etc )including cost of supply of all labours,materials,tools ,Plants & Fixing Charges etc. complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, placing & fixing of PVC Water Tank with cover & locking arrangement of Syntex(Pure) brand-Tripple Layer white in Colour (ISI)-Rotomoulded- as per required capacity at the roof of the building & making its connection with pipe line& male/ female socket ( including testing)and making necessary holes for inlet,outlet and overflow pipes as directed and including the cost of supply of all materials,labours,scaffolding,transportation(including lead & lift) tools & plants and all other charges etc complete.for all heights.

Removing & Refixing of Existing OH PVC Water Tank including refixing of existing CPVC Pipe along with parapet wall with proper clamping (including making temperary supply of water ) over Terrace/pedestal of staff Qtrs including the cost of all labours,materials,tools & plants,lead & lift andpipe/ plumbing accessaries etc complete as per instruction and direction of Engineer -In-Charge.
