Taking down cement plaster of any description or thickness/ chipping of cement concrete in any situation from brick or concrete surface including raking out of joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water to received new plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls using scrapper/ waterjet/ scrubber etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stone pitching on slopped surfaces to retain earth using square rubble granite stones masonry and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed as in coil shape on Y angles and straight lines etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil made to coils of 400-600 mm dia (to be provided as to match with existing size at site) and fixed on Y angles. The wire for making concerina coil should be minimum 2.5 mm dia GI wire. The blades fixed on coil should be minimum 0.5 mm thick. Weight of coil should not be less than 1.20 kg/m complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any not exc 4 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt.

S&F MS poles, tubular sections including all necessary drilling, welding, bolting or riveting, etc., and similiar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. using any rolled sections or tubular sections with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks, fencing posts and frames, y angles for concertina coils and similiar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.15 above but for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing ( mesh 50 mm x 50 mm size) nominal dia of wire 3 mm ( including PVC coating ) fixed to fencing posts using suitable bolts and nuts (nuts and bolts shall be measured seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC COATED GI welded mesh fixed on to MS tubular frame. The GI wire used for making welded mesh shall not be less than 3 mm and the size of mesh opening shall not be more than 50 mm. The work shall be done upto a height of 20 mts. Rate quoted will be inclusive of scaffolding required complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bond stone etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
