Short E-tender for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Certification of Fire Resistant Board System for U. N. Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre (Affiliated to B. J. Medical College & NABH Accredited) Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Providing, supplying, and installing a UL/FM Listed Fire Resistant Board System having a minimum 2-hour fire resistance rating when tested in accordance with UL 1479/ASTM E814 for sealing horizontal floor/slab and vertical wall openings around service penetrations such as cable trays, cable bundles, metallic pipes, conduits, and other service shafts. The system shall comprise mineral wool board (96–160 kg/m³) coated with Hilti CP670 Firestop Coating at 1 mm DFT, with all joints, contact surfaces, and annular gaps sealed using Hilti CP606 Firestop Acrylic Sealant, complete as per the approved UL/FM Listed system and manufacturer's recommendations. Rate shall include the cost of all materials, supply, installation, accessories, fasteners, surface preparation, labour, tools and tackles, transportation, testing, documentation, supervision, wastage, overheads, profit, and all incidental works required to complete the installation in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra shall be paid beyond the accepted contract rate.
